I was recently excited to attend a plant swap at your location. I've never been and was looking forward to seeing your store, products, and spending some money there. There were a LOT of us planning to come there they have never been to your store and felt the same way. Then, we were told it was cancelled because this wouldn't "directly benefit" you. Actually, it would have considering the amount of expendable income most plant people have. Many places are excited to host such events because of this reason, and, now, many of us will not go out of our way to shop there, whereas, before, we were excited to come there.

I'm not telling you how to run your business or even downing you for not hosting the swap. Its your business, and I respect your decisions. I just wanted to let you know that it definitely would have benefited your business more than you know. It would have opened your business up to an entire community of people that may have been unaware of your presence....

Popped in after originally just planning to view their sister business next door. Love the decor and atmosphere of the place, but for such a large space there really wasn’t a lot of merchandise.
