I ORDERED 40 PIECES OF CHICKEN YESTERDAY AND I TASTED 1 OF THE PIECES AND IT DIDN'T SEEM THAT GOOD BUT I GAVE IT THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. ONCE I GOT HOME (ABOUT 30 MINS AWAY) THE CHICKEN TASTED AWFUL LIKE IT WAS OLD CHICKEN THAT WAS REFRIED THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED THE SHARKS TO COMPLAIN AND THE WORKER ASKED ME CALL BACK TODAY AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. I WHINE UP CALLING SHARKS ON VICTORY AND THE MANAGER ASKED ME FOR MY TICKET NUMBER. AFTER GIVING HER THE NUMBER, THAT MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD THE WRONG STORE AND GAVE ME THE CORRECT NUMBER TO SHARKS ON VETERANS. I SPOKE THE MANAGER ON VETERANS AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASKED ABOUT MY TICKET. SHE ASKED FOR ME TO BRING THE FOOD BACK SO THEY CAN REPLACE IT. I EXPLAINED THAT I LIVE 30 MINS AWAY AND HAD FAMILY VISITING OUT OF TOWN, SO WE ATE THAT SLOP! THE MANAGER WENT ON TO STATED IT'S OUR POLICY FOR THE CUSTOMER TO BRING THE FOOD BACK IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND/REPLACMENT (THAT WAS'NT SAID YESTERDAY) AND THE MOST SHE CAN DO FOR ME IS TO GIVE 10% OFF AND A DESERT. I YELLED "$5 OFF A $50 ORDER?!" SHE TRIED TO OFFER TO REPLACE THE REMAINING PIECES OF CHICKEN (ABOUT 5) AND GIVE ME 10 , PLUS 10% OFF MY FUTURE ORDER. HOWEVER, I WAS DONE BY THEN...I TOLD THE MANAGER I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. SHE KEPT SAYING, WELL MADAM THE FOOD WAS PROBABLY OVER COOKED BUT WE DON'T SERVE OLD FOOD. WE HAVE TOO MANY CUSTOMERS TO KEEP OLD FOOD AROUND. SO BASICALLY SHE THINKS I WAS LYING BECAUSE THEY CAN'T REPLACE FOOD JUST ON THE WORD OF THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY'RE RUNNING BUSINESS. ALL I KNOW, IF THEY'RE SO BUSY BUSY...HOW COME SHE DIDN'T ASKED FOR MY TICKET NUMBER AND THERE WAS ONLY 1 OTHER SUV THERE. ALSO, MY TICKET TIMESTAMP WAS 5:21 PM!! JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE RUNNING A BUSINESS YOU DON'T DO YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! MONEY IS IMPORTANT TO ME TOO...EVERYBODY GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. I was in the area for a work training and after doing a search on Yelp for seafood we stumbled upon Shark. As an added bonus it’s across the street from Dunkin so you know it was a win win for me. LoL
Upon walking in, everyone behind the counter said “Hello! Welcome to Shark!” Oh my goshhhhhhhhh!!!! I was instantly all smiles. As a lover of service and customer application, the staff truly made me feel welcomed and presented nothing but positive energy and smiles.
Reviewing the menu, there is an assortment of fish and chicken options. As an added bonus, the menu is offered fried or grilled. Woop Woop. LoL!
I decided on the “Choose 2” combo with Wings and Whiting, both well done. Babeeeeeeeeeeee… Come get you some of this good food.
The play was full. The chicken and fish were both well seasoned and perfectly done. The seasoning blend used really compliments both of the meats and doesn’t overpower the natural flavors of the selections. The fries have the added crunch from the batter and to top it all off… they put that addicting white sprinkle on top. Lissennnnnnn… to this day I do not know what this white powder is, yet, what I do know is that it is absolutely and utterly delicious and deserving of coming in a bottle so I can buy some. LoL!
The location is very spacious and has ample parking. The tables were clean as well as the floor making it great as an Eat-In or Take-Out option.

Called in to order and the lady was talking to someone about making vacation plans and reserving an Airbnb… in the middle of taking my order. I drive thirty minutes to pick up the order only to get home and realize they have given me less than the normal serving for a gizzard and fry meal. Literally counted 7 gizzards. When I called the same rude lady was argumentative about my complaint on the second dish I ordered (catfish nuggets) BUT agreed that the gizzard order was incorrectly made (in portion) and suggested I brought the plate back to have the order remade. They had me drive it back thirty minutes just for them to drop the same 7 gizzards and add 4 fries! Of course, the lady behind the counter says something about “this is normal” to which my reply is “do you think I would be going through all of this trouble if I did not regularly order this meal and knew better?” I know this post will do absolutely nothing considering Sharks is more on the lines of a hole in the wall and likely doesn’t have anyone monitoring reviews to streamline a process for customer service assurance. However, I’m pissed and needed an outlet! F Sharks on Veterans!
