I e been a customer since the store was in north Columbus at it’s original location, but it’s totally worth a trip downtown now that they’ve relocated. Such a variety of the cutest most unique pieces, the store is always clean, friendly staff; the owner gives as excellent customer service as the staff. The quality of the clothes is great, and the pricing is very reasonable! The location is perfect bc it’s downtown but just off broadway so parking isn’t a hassle, plus there’s a lot of food places and a nail salon close by so it’s perfect for a girls day. I also love being able to shop online if I don’t feel like going out. Definitely one of the best boutiques Columbus has to offer for sure and I highly recommend everyone...

The first time I visited this location I was immediately in awe. This boutique is outstanding gorgeous and trendy. When I walked into the store I honestly felt like I was shopping in one of those scenes from a movie. I felt empowered, pretty, and welcomed. I was shopping in particular for a trip that my future husband and myself were going on to Houston, and I got more than I was looking for. Emma, the owner, immediately started to assist me, not only for items to wear but for things to do when I got there! The pure kindness and positive energy that I received was more than enough to have me go out and tell all of my friends and customers...

Unfortunately my visit was anything but even slightly satisfying. The young girl at the counter was not helpful after I asked the price on two items. She left me standing there to help other customers and completely ignored me and after told her "Thank you anyway", she just stared at me with a glazed look. I never look at price tags however these items had none and I intended to buy both since they looked a bit unconditioned and missing pieces. Undenounced to her, I was about to send several hundred dollars of items on other item; we put them back. Better...
