Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

Ask for fresh nuggets and a whopper without onions and wanted cheese with extra pickles it was all still there without Cheese. My mate asked for a bacon garlic burger but didn't want bacon extra garlic pieces, extra mayo added, and water, guess what? It was All wrong plus it had bacon, they assured fresh when asked it was Not! The whole order was old and missing cheddar bites. I think it had Jalapeno's in it that we purchased and All wrong it had the whole opposite. I hate this location it has happened twice. So nope never returning! Oh yeah a manager redone my order and it was sloppy burgers and missing extra mayo to the garlic burger and fresh nuggets and I got the cheese bite this time. I was pulled up to wait even more that I was late to where I was going that it closed by time I left a whole 50 mins of waste... I wish I can rate no stars horrible service. Only thing right was a cup of water. No napkins when order was fixed and everyone knows the burgers drip. Burger 🍔 King on Veterans - 13th street...

Unfortunately, I can’t rate the food since I didn’t get any. A few coworkers and I walked in at approximately 1:55pm to grab some lunch. As we walked in, three different employees looked at us and seemed to be unhappy that we came in. No one ever greeted us. Yet, they were on their cellphones. After about 5 min, one coworker asked if someone could come take our order. Him asking that, didn’t help. They pretty much ignored him. I then had to ask for help. She said we didnt even have a register up her with an attitude. I asked for a manager and explained to her about what occurred. She seemed to be shocked that no one greeted us, but didn’t really care. We just left since they didn’t want to...

The last 3 times we visited, everyone was rude, especially the young girl yesterday between 4 - 8 at the pay window.. No one greets you, no one says anything for the matter, just a total.. Some young guy Was all at the pay window cursing talking to the the young female.. We had to sit at the pay window for about 10 min I guess so They can control their time.. It's about 7 people behind me.. It's sad. What happen to fast food, this is slow food. Customers have to suffer so you get a certain time. No no no, hire people that want to work, and do your jobs. It's not hard people. The managers allow this so can't point the fingers. It's the whole team.
