Krystal — Restaurant in Columbus

This is one of the worst Krystal restaurants! I have been several times in the morning on my way to work to get the low carb scrambler with bacon (no cheese) and my order has been right maybe only 25% of the time!...and that's being generous!! That is the only item I ever buy for breakfast so for it to be wrong around 75% of the time is ridiculous. I've been through the drive thru and gotten to work only to find out that I didn't get what ordered. I've even gone inside thinking my order would be correct if I go inside and order...NOPE!! I've had to have them remake my scrambler more than once. Their notorious for trying to scam you out of your money!!...a low carb scrambler has 6 scrambled eggs but the only time I've ever received the 6 eggs I've paid for was when I went inside to order and only one of those times did I NOT have to get them redo it from ordering inside the restaurant. They give you a low carb scrambler that has maybe 4 scrambled eggs in it and one time they tried to get away with giving me 3 scrambled eggs and tried to blame it on a "New Cook"!! I was starving this morning on the way to work and I wanted eggs and bacon so I tried one more time to get a correct order by going inside to get my order. Again....wrong when they gave it to me. It had sausage patties instead of bacon and not 6 eggs!! Then when they remade it and gave it to me, there was bacon but they still didn't have 6 scrambled eggs in the bowl!! By this time I was now running late for work because of their error already so I had to leave with an order I paid for and was once again not correct. This morning was the last straw and I will NEVER go to Krystal for breakfast again!!!....I'd rather go to McDonalds, Burger King or Waffle House from now on ...at least they don't try and steal your money by not giving you what...

I've been going to this location for years!! I hadn't been in a while, and I decided to stop by on my way home to get breakfast after a doctor's appointment. I was really hungry this particular morning!!! I ordered 2 3 egg breakfast platters, scrambled eggs, grits, toast and bacon on both platters, and 2 sides of grits because the serving in the platter is small. I got home, and the brown bag that had the 2 cups of grits was saturated with greasy butter!!!! Our eggs had brown residue from the grill. This was forgivable, and we removed the little eggs that had the scorched part. We sat down to eat a much needed breakfast and upon stirring my grits after adding a little salt and pepper, the grits had so many lumps in it, and I'm not exaggerating...these weren't just small lumps, some where the size of marbles! I spent so much time picking out the lumps because my grits serving was large, that I had to heat them up as well as my husband. When we sat down again to finally eat, I was speechless, so I tried a few more spoonfuls, and I still couldn't taste anything. What I was thinking, my husband verbalized. He said, " These grits taste like I'm eating spoonfuls of water," and he was correct. This was a complete disappointment and was disrespectful to customers to be served something like this. I have never had food this bad from this location before. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I wasted my money and still was hungry. I made a turkey sandwich from home and wish I would have never stopped to get...

This is the absolute worst Krystal I've ever been to. Grossly overcharged me. $26 for 2 people ? ( 8 cheese krystals and 2 krystal chiks. Menu board clearly stated 12 cheese krystals for $10.99 and 3 chiks for $5.99.) When I inquired about the price I was told "let me ring it a different way" . Had to pull into the parking lot to wait on my order. 10 minutes later I see an employee wandering around the parking lot before going back inside. 10 more minutes and the employee came to my vehicle and asked if I was waiting for an order. The order was wrong, it was short one burger. I asked to please correct the order. The employee went back inside only to send a different employee to my vehicle. This big burly man walked up to my vehicle and tossed the bag in my lap. When I asked if the order was corrected he turned around and walked away. No comment, NOTHING. VERY RUDE!!! To top it off, the food was cold ! There is obviously a management problem, and corporate should be ashamed of this restaurant. Don't worry, I will never, and I mean NEVER go to this...
