I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. I have never ever been inside a Victoria Secret store that had not only the worst employees, but also the rudest associates I have ever met!!!!!! I will never step foot inside this Victoria Secret again, possibly never any Victoria Secret again. I am in contact with corporate now, if they handle my issue decently then possibly I may become a customer again. If not they have lost my business! Was suppose to receive my package this past Saturday. Well here it is Monday trying to find my package and all I can get is customer service saying it was my fault they couldn't find the address that they have shipped to multiple times. Is it too much to just say hi when a person enters your store? Over the past month, I've spent alot of money in Victoria Secret (MY FAVORITE STORE) so walking into such an unwelcoming enviornment just hurts.
