Horrible experience. My mom came here to get her hair fixed as it had multiple colors and she needed a haircut. The lady who I assume is the owner scammed my mom out of $215. She told her she would bleach the dark out of her hair and put the color she wanted ontop so it was all one color. That was a huge lie. Her hair looks horrible, the "bleach" wasnt done right, she still has dark hair underneathe this horrible gray blonde color she put ontop. The haircut she got is uneven, not to mention her hair looks even drier than before. I called her to tell her of our unsatisfactory experience and all she could say was "I told her it would take another treatment" that is not true, ive gotten my hair bleached and had a new color that exact same visit at a different salon. Please do yourself a favor and go to The Catchet salon on Kenny rd for color treatment as the owner here doesnt know how...

Yoon did an phenomal job with my hair. I called and setup an appointment for January 14 2022. Yoon was waiting when I arrived and I did not have to wait at all. She shampoo my hair and then we discussed how I wanted it cut and she asked some questions to make sure she understood. She took her time and did an excellent job. Afterward she rinsed my hair which I appreciated as other places do not and I end up all itchy. I see a lot of reviews for asian hair and I am caucasian and I honestly think this is the best haircut i've ever gotten. So if you are apprehensive I highly recommend it. She was personable, professional and I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future. If you're on the fence, I hope you give her a chance. If you have thick, straight Asian hair, this perm will hold for 6-8 months with the correct styling and care, which Ms Yoon will walk you through during your apt.
