The pharmacist here I believe his name is âkamâ has a serious god complex. I had serious complications as a result of a surgery, I was in almost constant pain. Getting my pain medication from these people was ridiculously hard. At first it was little things like asking me to get a waiver from my doctor, then not honoring, said waiver. The boiling point is when I tried to fill my medication a day early, this man was saying things like â I need a diagnosis before I will fill any more for youâ he literally made me feel like a crackhead.. I spent 20 minutes arguing with him, trying to explain to him the situation.about how much pain I was in and why I even told him âsir itâs important I donât miss a dose of my pains meds or I could wind up back in the hospital âhe didnât care and wouldnât listen..my provider even had to call and argue with him! He still refused me my pain meds and wrote me a llist of which medication I was taking, and when, when I went home and looked over the list, I realized this man had made me feel like a drug addict for taking ONE EXTRA PILL A DAY!! ONE!! I could go on and on, but the reality is if youâre thinking about using this pharmacy, I wouldnât. I fill my meds at Walmart now and surprise...
Read moreGabriella/Gabrielle was very rude and dismissive. The pharmacist had to come over and explain what was going on with my insurance. Luckily the pharmacist was very nice and informative. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because their front-end staff do not know how to professionally talk to their patients. This is a healthcare job, and while it can be frustrating, we do this job for a reason: to HELP the patients. Techs go through school/training and know much more than patients. Please use your knowledge in addition to the info given to you on your screens, and relay it in a more respectful manner. 9 times out of 10, this results in a kinder experience for both you and the patient, and you'll find that it's more convenient to be RESPECTFUL & TRUTHFUL. I've worked in retail pharmacy for years so I know the frustrations. That doesn't give me the right to disregard and dismiss patients in their health treatment journey.
I normally do not leave reviews, but this encounter was very negative....
Read moreI have a connective tissue disorder and had to have my pain medication called into this pharmacy after I had got released from surgery. They refused to fill my medication, and treated me like I was a tweaker. All it takes itâs a little investigation to see if the script runs true to an office. Theyâre not going to revoke a pharmacists license for dispensing medication that was PRESCRIBED. Medication that I already had been given in the hospital mind you. Thereâs nothing attached to my name or medical records to insinuate misuse of prescription medications. This isnât medical school, this is the real world..and sometimes medications are prescribed to treat symptoms outside their main purpose. It happens quite a lot actually and fighting w a surgeons office bc you have a personal issue w a medication...
