So I go into store as my choices from over the phone agent was shipped another new sim or go into a store and purchase a new one which I would have done tell the store employee tells me I need to add another line paying for a new plan basically ripping off his customer because let's face it if that was policy for total the agent would have sold me the plain her self. Read moreI bought a phone from total by Verizon thinking I could put my sim card from Verizon in it boy was I wrong. I went to this location to see if they could help me out. First the door was locked had to have someone open it. Secondly I started to tell them my problem and the lady rudely said we have nothing to do with Verizon we are total wireless while there's a sign saying total by Verizon.
