The UPS Store — Local services in Commerce City

Notary refused to notarize my documents for literally no reason??? I gave him my temporary ID because that is what the state gave me and also gave him the old ID that reflected my address on both which are the same and held both up to my face saying "this literally me" he told me that he was" too uncomfortable to do it for me" funny because I called another location nearby and they did it for me. No problem. I will never ever go back to this location for any reason.

They also don't answer their phones and require you to leave a message for a simple question? Which again is also funny because I was able to connect with someone at the other store with no problem.

Why and how is this location in business?

Editing to respond to the response: I am also a notary of the state of Colorado. I brought in documentation reflecting the name change. You did not request that & if you did that wouldn't have made sense because the name on the ID was not the proper name & was the OLD name - which is what brought me in because I needed notarization for the NEW & legal/court ordered name change (which I also provided proof of but you ignored that fact as well) of the documents which is what I tried to explain to you but you hardly even looked at the documents & basically declined the service straight off.

It's funny that I brought the EXACT same documents in to the location on Quebec (literally 20 minutes down the road) & they gave me NO ISSUE at all & said that you should not have...

A long and complicated story involving collecting family heirlooms from a family's estate in CO. My sister-in-law (who lives in another state) asked a favor of her CO friend who then drove to pick up the heirlooms while the person handling the estate was there, and then dropped them off to UPS to ship. With the professionalism and commitment of Nas at the UPS store, it was possible for great-grandma's lamps, photos, and grandpa's portrait make it to me in yet another state, in perfect condition within a matter of days. My creditale parcel is gone like phantasm to not tracking destination. Even though paid with priority and insurance next day, so it's expensive, but looks like UPS has recant it. I called not svelte and bland customer service about this frivolity and temerity, she said this your mistake you gave us wrong address and no refund, but the address is perfect.
