About a month ago, on a Sunday around 2:30 pm I went to this location to pick up an online order that was already paid for. When I got there, an employee standing outside the door would not let me in along with another customer stating that they were short staffed so that they would be closing. He was standing outside impeding our entry and there were two people inside the store.
I explained to him that I had placed an online order and that it was already paid for. The other customer asked him to at least let me have my refund or order since it was already paid for. The employee insisted that I should return the next day to get my refund or go to another store to have my order fulfilled. Then, he proceeded to say "Have a good day" in a cheerful tone to add insult to injury and got into a white sedan and left. So I left without my food or money.
I proceeded to go to another store and explained the situation. They in turn told me that this was against Starbucks policy but that they would fulfill my order since I was already standing at the store. Unfortunately, they did not have my order items. So I wasted 45 minutes that day going to two stores and returned home without my food or my refund.
I then called the 800 number for customer service. The rep told me that he could not process my refund because it was over $25.00. He said this to me three times but did it anyway. He said a district manager would call. No call. Three days later I got a customer survey because I think he thought that I was going to rate him higher because he thought he went above and beyond. However, he had shorted me 50 cents in my refund. A penny would have been too much for the aggravation I went through and the time I wasted. So suffice it to say, I will never be returning to this Starbucks.
It would have taken the store 5 minutes to give me my refund that day and I'm sure one of three people could have managed it and it would have saved me so much time and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually have great service at this location, but this morning was a different story. I ordered my regular drink at the drive-thru, but the woman seemed confused and kept repeating a different order. When I asked to speak to someone else, she insisted she understood. At the window, a different employee handed me the wrong drink. I explained the mix-up, and she assured me sheād fix it, but then the woman who took my order dismissed my claim, saying I was lying.
I tried to clarify, but Joe, who was at the window, abruptly shut it on me. When the correct drink was finally handed to me, Joe told me to leave. I expressed my frustration about being called a liar and asked for the name of the woman who took my order, but Joe refused, citing company policy.
Regardless of any mistakes, no employee should accuse a customer of lying, especially with the window open. Joe should have apologized for both the error and the comment. This experience has left a bad impression, and I wonāt be returning. Iāve already reached out to corporate about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequent this Starbucks because it's near my home...that's the only reason. Every time I go in there it takes a long time to get my drink or food, they are always out of everything (straws, lids, food, spoons, etc.). I order the same drink at every Starbucks I visit and today was told there is no such thing as a shaken black tea with no sweetener. Looking at menu board it's the very first item on the board! She decided to put it in as a sweet tea with no sweetener. I also ordered oatmeal which also completely confused her. After 18 min (yes I did time it) I got my oatmeal with no spoon. Asked for a spoon, got a fork. Reside yet again they were out of spoons. Couldn't eat my oatmeal because it was so watery it wouldn't sit on the fork! Then got my white sweet tea hat I didn't order and then was told that's what I asked for...no I was very clear it was supposed to be black tea with no sweetener! I won't be back...I will drive much further away. Get some competent people and someone who actually knows how to order...
