Photo and Cashier
Printed out some photos, came out blurry, spoke to the manager and he asked me to come back later. He looked too busy to help... went to shop around and I saw him in the aisles with his co workers.
Anyway, I picked up some additional items and went to checkout. Attempted to use my coupons and the cashier was rushing to check me out. She got frustrated because I kept telling her the coupon wasn't being applied... she then told me to insert my card and the system froze. She proceeded to accuse me of "Freezing her machine" lol I was like ok... she then moved to another register and charged me. She looked frustrated and was rude all along so I tried to get out of her hair.
Upon making my way to my car, I noticed she charged me WITHOUT the coupon. I had to return, stand in line AGAIN and ask for them to apply my coupon.
The whole time cashier was rude and was not having it with me. I told her she needed to slow down... and she said "Slow down? Your card froze my machine!" All while mumbling and saying idk what I was talking about.
The same manager who brushed me away earlier attempted to defend her but I wasn't even arguing with her and kept saying "You need to use the right card. You have no funds." Knowing all along that I had just paid with that card. Then the manager says "It'll go back to your card within 3-5 business days" like.... I have to pay for their mistakes and on top of that getting accused in front of other customers of not having money to pay for my stuff. This was so embarrassing and til today I have not received my refund on my account.
This was just a horrible experience 😪
Not to mention I had to purchase these items asap. I'm like... if I had no funds in my card, how do expect to charge me wrong, refund me and then use the same card to pay for my items? Could have overdraft but anyway. I hope someone sees this and gives them the...
Read moreWorst experience, before taking in your prescription to them ask for the availability of the medication. I took my prescription today at 1pm and went around 3:30pm to pick it up. When i got there, the pharmacist told me to wait for 15 min because it was still wasn't ready. After 15 had past, they told me they didn't have medication available. They had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, when I finally get my medication I think i will be able to take my medication just like the doctor told me to do immediately. I go home after 4 more hours ready to take it, i find out i cant take my medication because they only transferred half of my prescription to the other pharmacy. I waited for 2 HOURS! They could've given me half of my prescription when i was there. Just try to avoid going there. I will call tomorrow to see if they can transfer my medication somewhere else because I really want avoid...

While the counter agents as re usually great both in the IN&OUT counters. My concerns are after 5years of association my usual meds ordered every month ...still it needs ordering, they are out of it or some other excuses.
