MISTAKEN IDENTITY OF THEFT!! I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING & WASN'T ALLOWED IN THE STORE. MANAGEMENT & SECURITY 1ST SAID THEY HAD PHOTO OF ME STEALING. I ASKED FOR PROOF AND THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE IT!! I OFFERED MY ID TO PROVE I'M NOT WHO THEY THINK I WAS. I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE PICTURES OF PEOPLE WHO STEAL. I ASKED FOR THE PHOTO. THEY THEN SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND IT & ALL THEY HAVE ARE "WITNESSES". THEY ACCUSED ME OF SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO, COULDN'T PROVIDE PROOF & CHANGED THEIR STORIES MULTIPLE TIMES!! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT THIS LOCATION JUST TO BE ACCUSED FOR SOMETHING SOMEONE ELSE DID. I AM LIVID!! Very uncomfortable shopping experience. Went went my wife and child on the weekend We had our baby bag with us usual when we are out. We are shoopping and we hear asset protection call out on the radio that there is someone with a backback in the store. He then follows around the entire store making it obvious he was just staring at the entire time we would walk down an isle and he just go to the end and stare at us. My favorite over priced store but I'd rather go there than go to DD'Discount where the clothing is cheaply made and poor in quality. Even the shoes are cheaply made and always seem to be running a bit small. Ross has a much higher quality despite they're not as cheap as before.
