Never enough checkers....i would definitely go more if they had self check out or the lines moved faster. They took 4 people straight from the return lines, one regular checker open, when they finally called for help she just replaced the one checker. The employees did not seem to care that the line was super long. To get out in a decent time I stood in line so my friend could continue to shop, I usually only have to do this during Xmas season . I spent more time in line than actually shopping because you look over and the lines so long you figure I better join before it gets any longer. I love this Ross for their items and convenience to my job, but hate the check out at any time of the day, but especially my lunch break. Seems that they just don't care about your time....time is money, I've left and put items back because of the long lines at the registers. When I return items I'm prepared to wait but not at this store there's no wait for return, guess they don't want you to question why so much stuff is coming back and start rethinking the items in your basket, God knows there is plenty of time for contemplation...

This Ross😡 there is always an issue with returns in spite of them being one of the most unorganized, messy stores I’ve ever been too! Rocio a manager whom is never at the front until called is always “sorry” clearly this is her statement when something cannot be returned are she has no answer for a simply question. There were several people that went before me with no attached tags however when I got to the front Silvia was Adam-it about double checking even though I had receipts and the people before me did not , even though all tags were attached and the people before me were not but I did not speak Spanish and I asked her why I had to wait for 30 min or why she was the only person at register, that was a problem. There is so much disrespect in this store especially If there is a conversation to be had. There needs to be retraining of employees as well as common sense answers and not assumptions as too many are rude, none communicative and...

The security lady that was checking the receipts on the register located right when your leaving the self checkouts lanes on 4/04/25 at 8:33 pm was so rude!!Prior to going in the store there was people walking out with items, Yes walking out that I even had to wait outside across the store to go in there, but yet the security was over here stopping me and checking my bag and receipt with two items,somewhere there I saw that theres a sign to go to that register if it has alarm tags and my items had no alarm tags ,it doesnt say be prepared to make a line again,get your bag and receipt inspected and even get yelled at with attitudes .whats the point of self checkout when you get stopped and have make a line again on her register, Even yelled at me saying “the receipts”like why didnt she give the people that had just took the stuff without paying the same energy ,of course she wasn’t .only give attitudes to the...
