Ordered chicken BBQ & Katsu, was under the impression I was getting beef and katsu as shows in the picture. Ordered from door dash, got the plate and its beef and bbq chicken. Handled through door dash and got refunded. Called the store to tell them how I felt because I’m a regular customer @ ONO, get transferred to manager and explain to her, doesn’t apologize doesn’t show any appreciate for the business of a regular customer. Proceeded to tell me how I ordered it wrong on door dash, and explained how I should order it next time. When listening to her explanation I see the plate actually comes with bbq beef chicken and katsu, I explained to her why I would have to order it different if I would have all three, I’m just missing the katsu. She kept telling me to order it right next time, I told her why would I have to substitute if you told me I ordered all three. Still never apologized, and said next time they can give me a “little plate of katsu” if I come in. I explained to her I also have my own business and this level of customer service is just terrible. A simple sorry dude, appreciate your business would’ve sufficed. Probably not coming back...

She was getting annoyed at the fact that I was asking questions about the meal I was getting as I had been there before. Also as soon as I open the door and stepped in the place smelled dirty I don't know if they didn't take out the trash but it was starting to smell through the bin and that was not very pleasant. Finally there was another girl on break (all female staff) who was joking with the others and making some inappropriate comments and jokes as far as a workplace goes when you have customers in front of you all day, now I'm all for having fun at work but just not in front of customers paying to go and have a meal with their family. Read moreI’m autistic and my current safe food is the chicken and beef combo. Well I order it for delivery and uber eats doesn’t let me change my sides to all Mac and rice so I’ve started calling the restaurant to ask them to change it for me. When I tell you out of the 5+ times I’ve ordered in the last couple weeks they’ve only kinda messed up once and even then it was just them forgetting the sauce. They’re never rude about me calling and i really appreciate the accuracy! It’s really nice to not have to worry about whether or not the restaurant got my order right. That itself would be enough to get a good review from me but the fact that they’re nice about it really helps even more! Thanks for dealing with my modifications...
