I decided to go out my way & try a different location thinking that I would get serviced a little more quickly. And besides I enjoy visiting different Starbucks to check out the vibe of the atmosphere. However, this location IS NOT the place for that experience. I went through the drive thru and was hoping to order two drinks & a bagel. Instead I only settled for two drinks at which I didn’t want anymore because an employee working the morning shift around 10am by the nickname of “Val” was very rude, impatient, & not helpful . I was greeted with a toned opening statement of “Welcome to Starbucks , what would you like?” As I proceeded to order I was interested in a bagel at which she did not list the options but gave me open ended answers . Lastly after I paid for my order she read me the total incorrectly by not explaining I owed her more change & she didn’t offer me a receipt to help me feel complete about the purchase. Val then proceeded to hand off my drinks in a rude gesture. I spoke with management & honestly even the manager whom has bright pink hair failed to address the issue away from customer sighting . Read moreI make a living delivering food . Every time I have gone for a pickup it's never ready. When I go ask they seem to get annoyed and they tell me when it's ready we'll put it on the table, which is a lie because I've gone several times and I see them finish an order and then move on to the next and so on. This morning I waited for 20 mins on an order and I Finally went to asked and they had it ready already along with several more but never put it on the table. I went in for a 2nd time today. I arrived at 11:42am and the order wasn't ready, Finally at 12:20pm they handed me the order and only because I asked for it. As a My Starbucks Rewards Gold Status member since December, 2012, I must say this is unacceptable. I came to claim a reward once - they didn't have the MSR program. The next visit, they had run out of whipped cream and never informed me of the fact until served. Now, I came today and got two Iced Teas. I went to get a free refill, and they charged me for them and served them with lemonade. When I asked her for the reimbursement and told her I didn't order it with lemonade, she said I couldn't claim rewards in this Starbucks, hence she couldn't return the money to me.
