UPDATE: Things have changed alot in this store, i visit sometimes several times a day. They always go the extra mile for me and i cant say enough how much i appreciate that guys. Ryan, Josh, Steve, John, Super smart, funny as heck tall dread guy whos name eludes me at the moment (Im Sorry) and to the others thank you. I've had a oriellys commercial account for 10 years now spending anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 a month. This particular store had some management changes recently and since then has not met my expectations as a oriellys store has elsewhere. Many of the perks you get with a commercial account I often get told can't be done at this store due to rules but ANY other store will gladly help me. I get told by employees of other stores that the manager (who i don't believe I've met yet) doesn't allow these things due to his/her own rules and has made employee moral very low. So far I've talked with 4 different stores and they report the same story. The employees here are trying their best to deal with the daily stress they face. Perhaps she was having a bad day but she her rudeness from every aspect was just unacceptable. From the moment we walked in she was being passive aggressive and acting like we were ruining her day by being there. She was resentful when I asked if they price matched, which a coworker of hers happily told me about last time I was in the store. She then called the wrong store that didnât have the parts, only more expensive ones and told me she could only call that store because she doesnât call around but never asked me what store to call in the first place.    Read moreOrdered a radiator hose for my F350 beginning of the week. Stopped by and called several times during the the week to see if it had arrived yet. Was told that they expected it any day. Was told by different people they had a new computer program and could not tell me when it would be arriving. On Saturday. I was informed by the manager they could not get the part. I would have to get from a Ford dealer. I was one of the first customers at this location when they first opened the store. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years.
