The worst and most unprofessional apartment complex that I have ever lived in!!!! I moved in here back in February 2017. I didn't mind the fact that I was paying close to $1400/month for a one bedroom because supposedly it was a luxury living apartment for high end tenants. Don't get me wrong, I am not used to paying this much for an apartment but I figured I'd treat myself for a change. Needless to say they lied!!! OMG have they lied about this whole place!!!! I only write bad reviews if I really have a bad experience with a place and this has been a nightmare since day one! Please save yourself from a year or more of regret. They promise nothing but great things here but it is pure trash! They refuse to fix anything around here and let's just go ahead and say every single thing breaks! I have had a large blood smear and a few large dog poop smears in the hallways for weeks and they don't clean any of it and this has been reported numerous times to the office (they always claim nothing has been reported which again is a lie). The walls and ceilings are also soooo thin! I hear every step, washing machines, neighbors showering, listening to tv, music, or them having sex. After moving in, they dropped the prices down to $850 & $950/month for the slightly smaller one bedroom which is way lower than what I am paying and this also brings more trash into this place. There are drugs being sold here, employees sleeping with multiple tenants (yes you heard right), and who knows what they do with all of the money they receive from us because they don't do anything around here and only halfway fix the outer appearance up just to bring in more suckers! I have dealt with gnats, roaches, and spider infestations with this place. The way they built it is horrible with soooo many issues, leaks and foundation problems. The elevator always breaks down and God help you if you are inside like my friend was when it decided to go out because he pushed the help call button for 20 minutes and no one ever came to help until luckily another tenant had pushed the button from the outside and it opened. It has broken many times just since I have moved in. I have been very polite and for 5 months. I have tried time after time to work with the office hoping that things would change and improve but it just keeps getting worse and worse here. They don't tell you but it is roughly $7,000 to break your lease so you are unfortunately trapped in this God forbidden place. I have reached out to corporate regarding all the issues. Supposedly, management has said that they refuse to do anything to help their tenants out so obviously they don't care about keeping us after our lease is over. This place may last but it's only going to get more and more run down. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay far far away from these apartments!!! Don't even give them a chance to scam you in! Go around and ask anyone who lives here and I promise you if any of them have been here longer than 2 weeks then they will all have the same complaints that I do. I wish I could sit here and list out every single issue that I have ran into for the past 5 months however, I don't think Yelp will let me write a list so long. Tell all your friends and anyone you know that this is a warning and it is not out of anger or a single issue it is over the mistreatment and lack of caring that this place has for its tenants so please tell everyone to stay away unless they want to be scammed as well!!!! Be aware of employees who falsely comment good things about this place because it is a scam! There are so many nicer apartments for way cheaper in the area. Pick any of them!!! I am leaving as soon as my lease is up and I wish it was sooner but I am not paying that jacked up amount to break my lease! This place needs some major help but they don't care enough about their tenants to put the help in so that we can enjoy living here. Don't say you haven't...
Read moreFrom the street level it looks nice, but that quickly dissipates once you get in and see some very troubling things. The first indication for us was the first day we moved in and could not gain entry in to our unit. Seems a power outage tripped the Garage GFI circuit and someone locked the deadbolt causing the maintenance people to have to use a crow bar to gain entry in to the unit as the deadbolt does not allow entry with a key. They made some shoddy repairs to the door with a tube of Loctite verses replacing wood that was damaged during their entry attempt.
Quite concerned that a GFI circuit fault would prevent us from gaining entry in to our unit, I asked what do we do if this happens again? They said don't use the dead bolt.Sorry but in this day and age, not fully securing your property simply is not an option for us.
Since our very recent arrival, that GFI circuit has tripped 5 times. with nothing plugged in to it. The maintenance technician says he sees this across many units and advised us to reset the circuit twice and it should be okay. It is for 20 minutes then trips again. We've opened tickets with them to address only to see them closed with no remedy.
Power issues are one thing but more important to us is cleanliness. As we went to go to bed in our first week here we were greeted by a large water bug type cockroach. Seems this is common as one of our neighbors shared they have them in their stove top by the clock. Opening 2 tickets to ask for them to spray has yielded no outcome other than them closing the tickets.
Lastly, we have a small pond in our front entryway from a busted sprinkler head. Water has been ponding up for weeks, overflowing in to the parking lot and causing a lot of bugs, mosquitoes. Submitted a ticket for this only for it to get closed too.
It's going to be a long time for us here if this is how they address issues like this. Contacting them directly does nothing other than increase the frustration because they make a commitment to address our issues only not to do so. We'll give them one more opportunity to address these issues once and for all otherwise we will call our own electrician, exterminator and lawn maintenance person and deduct those fees from our rent.
Not withstanding, we often see the gates to the complex open evidently because the gate was broken. It's been broken twice now in a few weeks. Some poor automobile owner woke up to his car on patio blocks as his tires and wheels were lifted from his vehicle, this in front of the main leasing office. All the more reason why we want our...
Read morewell, I wasn't going to even give it a star but I have to in order to write this review I have too.. the gnats here are horrible so bad you cant even eat or clean your apartment without them coming back.. I have been here since the beginning of the year and I have had nothing but problems. the trash is supposed to be "valet" and we pay monthly for it. but yet the first 3 months that I have lived there we had to take the trash to the dumpster BUT, it wasn't even a dumpster. people just sat their trash around whatever that big thing is.. we literally just got our "valet" trash cans to put our trash in.. the schedule for the trash day is horrible. don't these people understand that people have the most trash during the weekend so why aren't you picking up the trash Friday and Saturday? when sunday comes around everyone's front door is piled with trash from Thursday- sunday.. and dont ask about the pest control that comes out.. if they even do. i lived in the hood and they came more then these guys do and i had more problems with bugs here then i did in the hood.. the structure of the apartments and the way it was built does NOT make any type of sense. whoever designed these apartments are a dumbass... i have a drawer in my apartment you cant even open it because the handle from the oven blocks it.. the fridge is small.. stupid... the only people who have really made changes around here are Nicole.. Amanda does changes but she is young and not very many people listen to her.. the staff sleeps with eachother and don't even get my started on the pool area. yes they finally came out with rules which is nice for the people who don't listen. even with them they still don't. its common sense not to have a GLASS BOTTLE in or by the pool. due to how many kids live in the complex. or just in general.. when I go to the pool I feel like I am at a college frat party. they have a little pool which is mostly meant for the kids who cant touch. but kids cant even play in it because every weekend your college frat party guys are playing beer pong in the little kid pool.. and inviting people over who don't even have swim suits on.. they are letting kids move into this place. they finally put lights out by the grille so people can see when they grille. ohh and another thing. they only have one pool and its at its MAX already and the complex isn't even filled up with people yet. I am already over this apartment and the teens who live in it. they are letting nothing but Conroe trash move in. doesn't make sense.. I wouldn't move here if I knew it had this...
