First time we took our two very large dogs. The facility is very clean. The amenities are great. I loved the integrated shampoo in the spray. The staff is very attentive and super friendly. Everything you need is available, shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, combs, cottonballs, ear cleaning solution, 'Cologne' and dryers. If you need anything all you have to do is ask and they will try their best to accommodate you. However, I don't believe we will take our huge dogs back for a couple of reasons. The wash tubs are not for large dogs who are not used to walking up a skinny ramp. We had to lift our dogs into the tubs, (although we did get some help from staff) it felt unsave and possibly an injury risk. The tub I was using did not have an anti slip mat, my daughter's did. After the wash we moved to the drying room. This is when one of our dogs injured himself while getting out of the wash tub. Instead of using the ramp he attempted to jump out and hit his leg on the edge of the tub. When he landed he slipped with his back leg because the floor was wet (granted from us washing). He has been moving gingerly and limps since then. Nothing mayor, but he did get hurt. I wish it wasn't so awkward for big dogs. Would be better if the tub was easier to enter and exit. Also, the grooming/drying room we encountered the same issue. The tables were too high. The one I was assigned did not adjust the height and not being a professional groomer I found it difficult to use. Only one side of the dog was easily accessible. The blower was fantastic! If you have a better trained dog or smaller dog this is a great place. Don't bring your Great Dane or a tall dog variety unless they can get into small, slippery...

I was there today and they are absolutely amazing! My dog Delilah is a very difficult dog. I’ve taken her to 3 past groomers who all have rejected her and recommended sedation. When I talked to PetBar over the phone I explained everything about Delilah’s character and they were absolutely great. They booked extra time for her so she can get adjusted to everything. Today when I took her, they were so good at customizing their routine to fit Delilah’s personality. We were there for quite a few hours trying to get Delilah through the grooming process which unfortunately could not be completed today, no fault to the groomers, Delilah is a very anxious dog, but they asked me to come back the next day so we can ease her into the rest of her grooming. They were so patient with her, they tried different techniques to try and calm her and Janice, the groomer, kept me up to date and communicated with me so well in trying to find the ideal way to get Delilah groomed. Ashley, Janice, and whomever else was working at the time are incredible. They know exactly what they are doing and how to adjust themselves for each dog. Although the boutique is a bit far from where I live, I will definitely be taking Delilah there again. Absolutely amazing staff and service! Thank you guys so much for your patience with Delilah! I appreciate all the work and effort y’all made today...

I took my kiddo, Barnabas, here this afternoon for a self-service bath after a really rough & tumble 3 hour play at the dog park down the street. The service here is top notch! Where do I begin? I was greeted with a smile before even making it to the door. The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me set everything up since it was my first time. He was very welcoming to Barns and went so far as to get the water warm for us, explain and show me everything step by step - he also provided an extra bottle of dirty-dog shampoo since Barns has a super dense fluffy (and park adorned) coat to help out the wash. There were 3 different soap options as well as a crème rinse. Fluffy towels and 2 different blow-dryer options - the industrial pet dryer with a high/low setting - and a standard blow dryer with cool and warm settings that were both perfect for dryer. Definitely recommend using this place - I love that it’s small, offers grooming as well and I prefer shopping small-biz anytime it’s possible. They also support the Conroe PD which I LOVE!!! I was a little too consumed to remember to take a photo there but I got one of Barnabas worn out from a full day and great bath & blowdry! Thank you so much...
