Salata — Restaurant in Conroe

Always a good quality salad here. Lunch time can be a bit nutty and therefore it can take you 20 minutes to get through the line.

On many occasions they're out of key staple food items, I would imagine this is related to the supply chain challenges. There are a few staff members here who are quite rude, and not very helpful. I've experienced challenges with one person in particular who the manager acknowledged is a challenge for her yet she still works there. I would imagine this is also a challenge a business has to manage through if the choice is to have no employees or ones who perhaps don't represent your brand well. I would surmise this location has chosen to accept the latter as they've also altered their hours on the weekends in the past due to staffing shortages.

Last point, I think their prices are quite high even when you consider the rising costs associated with inflation. For instance, a small salad, regular salad without protein, child's meal and drink should not cost you $40. It's simply a sign of the times with how inflated things...

Don’t get me wrong, the food is really good here. I came here for the first time today, so I was new to what is served here. The first lady who started taking my order asked me what greens I wanted, and I chose what I wanted. She asked if I was good, and I said yes. Before we could move on to the next section, I second guessed myself and asked for one more thing from the greens section. The lady gave me a really sarcastic, passive aggressive tone, and said, “That’s why I asked you.”, with a smile that was very mean. Keep in mind, there was no one in line, nor was it busy either. It had been a while since we had salata and since it was BOGO day, decided to grab some. I was let down and probably won't go back, at least to the Conroe location. The lady's were more focused on chatting with each other than greeting and helping customers, they were a bit rushed in getting you down the line and because of that didn't pay attention and gave me the wrong tortilla on one of my wraps but I didn't realize until I got home since I didn't double check my bag.
