I purchased a 80 dollar speaker and it stopped working it wouldn’t charge from the charging port I took it back they sent it off to the warranty they never called me to let me know it was ready so when I Went up there to get it back They could not find any information on me and when I had went to take it back for Warranty they looked me up right away with my information with no problem but today they were clueless about my speaker…The staff was very unprofessional arguing with me about my speaker and my money they told me to call the owner I explained to the owner the situation and that I needed my speaker back Or the money back or I would never purchase from them again instead of Making things right he said for Me never to purchase from them again and hung up on me he rather lose a customer then make things right! I never in my lifetime have dealt with something like this..Money is not a problem for me but obviously to them it is that they didn’t make it right and return me back my speaker!!so I Advise save ur self the headache on losing ur money and ur item and just purchase ur speakers or any electronic things at academy or Walmart that way you don’t have...

Absolutely the worst customer service I went in to fix an iPhone SE screen and replace my iPhone 11 battery Five hours later she couldn’t get my 11 to turn on with a new battery.. She gives my iPhone SE back home missing one screw and the home button is completely non-functional Then tries to tell me that it wasn’t working whenever she got it Then she wanted 35 extra dollars to replace the home button When she’s the one that broke it I told this POS to put the old battery in my 11 so I could leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Update: I took my phones to another shop He showed me all the missing screws in both phones that she had stolen Also showed me the screw on the bottom was the wrong screw Also showed me where she had crushed components trying to force the phone shut Also showed me the mangled cord that she ripped that resulted in the home button not working Also showed me the fake screen chip in hee cheap screen replacement

Ok 12years or so back I walked into Adam's phone store looking for a battery for my phone. I had been to two or three other stores in Conroe trying to find the battery for my phone Everyone wanted to sell me a brand new phone and not just a battery they told me they could not sale just a battery.When I walked into Adam's store and told him what the other stores had told me, he said let me see your phone, he walked into the back came out with a brand new battery put it in my phone charge me $ 10 for the battery and I have been going to Adam's every cent I need a new phone. My Family My Friends need a phone I send them to Adam he is a Wonderful person a Great friend he has a great personality wonderful customer service wonderful employee,s I don't see myself going to any other phone store for anything at all.. Adam you are Greatest and you are a wonderful when it comes to your customers and your business. Here is a big Thank you . You are the best ☺ Thanks...
