Taco Veloz — Restaurant in Conroe

WARNING THEY DO NOT HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS Usually when I order their beef fajita tacos with 3 side containers of light green avocado sauce and 2 side containers of pico de gallo, I have no issues because the order is accurate. However, two days ago I ordered through the Favor delivery app twice trying to get my order corrected on Taco Veloz's part. I called them and tried to explain that my usual order of beef fajita tacos came with avocado slices instead of the 3 light green avocado sauce side containers. The lady who answered the phone was having a hard time understanding my issue with the order because she didn't understand English very well, and kept hanging the phone up on me. I spoke with her cordially and was hoping for the same kind of respect, so I called back again and the next time she had another lady talk to me who was supposed to understand English somewhat more than her named Cathy. Cathy told me the manager was not there that night, and she too was having a difficult time understanding what was wrong with my order because she kept going back and forth speaking in Spanish then some English to Spanish again, only to not help me resolve the issue. She as well went silent and hung the phone up on me. It was a difficult night getting my order issue addressed because the initial lady who answered the phone doesn't speak decent English either, especially with there constant phone hang ups to ignore the issue, which I find to be quite unprofessional and rude. I was hoping for some kind of cordial remedy to the situation, but was met with rigorous attempts for a solution to my order. In addition, I love Latin/Mexican food, but if you're going to have a food establishment; at least have two people working there that speak and understand English fluently. Also, they did not understand that their restaurant is partnered and on the Favor delivery app. They kept trying to say they were not partnered with any delivery apps. Lastly, I was never told what the manager's name was because the unprofessional initial call taker lady kept hanging up midway through conversations. This shows me that this restaurant avoids any kind of way to provide solutions to orders that they mess up. I will not be wasting any money here ever again. WARNING THEY DO NOT HAVE FLUENT...

Well, I backed my suv in, and the employee comes to your car like the very old sonic with the change on their pocket. The guy Alberto took my order. I ordered 3 flir beef fajita tacos, and that was 8.37. I added a dude of lettuce 1.99 more a side of shredded cheese (queso) $1.99 more. They bought the lettuce out in some foil it was only enough for one-taco. They gave me one red salsa. I like my tacos wet and sloppy. I asked for 2 more salsa, and he said $2 more dollars. I was like, at this point, this is 15 for the tiny tacos. Alberto proceeds to say he has to go and get the stuff from the window, and he can't keep going up there asking for extra stuff. "They'll get mad." Also, I was told I can't have that many sauces. I thought the customer as long ad they are paying can have what they want. Places like this wonder why they don't get tipped. You taxes me for everything, then say im after I ask him for more lettuce. It's nothing he can do about it. I thought the quality was top tier. It gives horrible language barrier, money...
