El Ahorro Supermarket — Local services in Conroe

I'm surprised at the bad service that was meted out to me at this establishment. I was told by the staff in the meat section that my fish was cleaned when i specifically asked and lo and behold I get home and it was not cleaned. When I went back, the supervisor, despite the staff admitting to his mistake, REFUSED to compensate in any way or to rectify the wrong in any way. $25 down the drain and having to spend on another purchase....

Nice people and management allowed me to park in the parking lot bc the boxing gym next door parking was full where I coached at Pequeno's Boxing Gym 🥊! I've shopped with my wife and bought a few things since that day I needed bc the employees and management were polite and granted my request..... Thank you Ahorro...

The cashier that rang me up at this location was rude. He walked away from the register when it was time for him to ring up my groceries. He walked around to talk to the other cashiers. Then came back to the register while laughing and smirking. He then rang me up. I paid and left. I will not be coming back to this...
