EZPAWN — Local services in Conroe

So its been years since I been to a pawn shop, but i decided to sell some shoes here after months of no luck selling them online due to people backing out or ghosting... and while i know selling items at a pawn shop you usually only get a certain percentage of the items worth.....sure if they're used of course.. but these were brand new, never worn, came with an extra pair of laces, even still in the box neatly wrapped in the paper, and not just any box, these jordans came with a box pictured with micheal jordan on it, what more could you ask for, that being said I was atleast expecting a decent amount even tho I knew I wasn't gonna get $100...which was fine, I just needed them gone, the lady who was helping me offered $20, lol like seriously? That's it? They aren't used, they are new never worn and looked a hell of alot better than the nasty worn shoes they had in that place...lol Talk about a freaking low ball or rip off, whatever you wanna call it Then when I politely tried to explain how new they were and how nice the box is that they came in, she sarcastically starting laughing as if I said anything funny... so i was out 👌 Another pawn shop in conroe offered me $70, which was ok with me, cuz like I said I wasn't expecting a hundred or half of what i paid but a reasonable amount at the very least as I just wanted them gone.. always get different opinions and dont get shorted.. Another reminder of how ridiculous pawn shops are even tho this was my...

They are very rude and disrespectful!! Purchased something that didn't work the guy offered to buy it back for $5, that would have put me out of $45 saying I had paid $50 then he ignored me and started talking to another guy because he was purchasing a gun, I guess my issue was not important to him, then looks at me and says well what do you want. I asked to speak to the guy who sold me then items to begin with he said why he is not the manager he can't do anything for you. He went to the back and came back out 30 minutes later with the manager and the original guy I wanted to speak to manager was so rude and and nasty to me Jason the original guy I bought my items from helped me out and gave me the piece that was missing to my item, manager was wanting to sell the missing piece to me for $5 even though it was supposed to come in the box to begin with. They are plain ass hole do not waste your time going to this pawn shop go...

Brittany a tall white girl with tattoos gave me the attention and customer service I really needed she was kind of nervous and all over the place but she took really good care of me she escorted me around the store asking if I wanted to purchase a pertection plan on my items she was very engertic and sweet every time I come in that location she is always keeping busy EZ pawn did a good job hiring her I thought it was fun the way she ways handing out the surveys and it was super easy to do I’m gonna tell all my friends to come shop with Brittany Good job EZ pawn !!!! Best experience yet normally I go to the location on 336 & Ben is always rude playing loud music and rushes to get me out of there a couple times before meeting Brittany Matt dealt with me but was kind of rude about my DVD player I was trying to pawn I thought I was being laughed at Anyways great job ez pawn 5...
