So I placed an order online for an ice-cream at the Conroe location around 7:25 p.m. My estimated readiness time given was 7:37 p.m. I arrived at said location at 7:35 p.m. I did not walk out of the store with my order until 7:57p.m., 20 minutes after it was suppos to have been ready. During this time 3 customers were waited on. Not 1 single greeting was uttered from either of the 2 employees on duty to anyone who entered nor was a smile offered. Both young ladies moved extremely slow. The young lady who ended up giving me my order made me wait while she slowly tried to repeatedly tear off paper from the receipt machine.after only having made one double scoop strawberry ice-cream and repeatedly scraping her neck. The other young lady only mixed add-ons 2 maybe 3 times and the just shoved all the ice-cream into its container instead of doing it in portions. She even broke a couple cones doing this and just slammed a cup on top of the ice-cream and handed it to the customers. She sneezed into her arm then reached with that same arm to get ice-cream rubbing the contaminated area of her arm against the frost and even somehow managed to touch an ice-cream bin. A couple of times this same young lady pulled her very long hair forward only to throw it back while waiting on a customer. Neither one of these young ladies bothered to wash thier hands not one single time. Because of what I saw I could not eat let alone enjoy my ice-cream and threw it away. Read moreThe only good thing about it was the ice cream, but even then it took about an hour for us to get our ice cream which was understandable since it was national ice cream day, but they were severely understaffed for such an advertised day. They only had two workers one of which was super rude and had an attitude, now I can see how she could've been stressed because there was a line out the door, but she didn't even attempt good customer service. She also didn't know the specials, and asked me what was in my ice cream like 6 times.There was also somebody just sitting in the back on their phone, who the worker told us didn't even work there, so I'm assuming it was a sibling or friend just hanging out. But the big problem was when we went to check out and we're using our buy one get one free coupon sent to us on our loyalty app, the worker wouldn't scan it she just pushed a button and charged our card, but when we looked at our receipt it had only taken off 99 cents, instead of the 6 dollars. Read moreJust had a horrible dining experience at a high end restaurant and tried to get dessert next to our hotel, at this establishment. Pulled up at 947pm and I was on the phone. I sent my 2 kids in with a couple 20s to get them an ice cream and they had stuck on the door they could not accept cash. There were people sitting inside enjoying ice cream.the 2 people working came staggering out of the back room when they saw my little girl trying to open the door. They didn't come very far. My son walked back to the car and informed me the place couldn't take cash. I told them to get in the car because I could tell the workers weren't interested anyways. It was obviously close to closing time and they obviously weren't interested. I would almost bet money they would have tried to not serve us because it was so close to closing. In any case I could tell they were relieved as we drove off. It's always something when we try to eat at this chain everywhere we trip to. It rarely works out. Don't know why I even try.
