As a business owner myself, I hate leaving negative reviews, but I just want to let people know before they Waste Their Time! Absolutely atrocious experience. Had my top of the line Denon receiver fixed at this place in 2019, I rarely use my media room where this is installed. Started having the SAME EXACT problem where it has difficulty powering on (once powered on, it works fine). Haven't had a chance to contact him but when finally did, he charged a service fee again. More than 6 weeks go by and I have to call to find out. They offer me 2 options, 1 is to repair a power supply, the other to change out the mother board. Not looking to spend over $1000 fixing receiver with issues when I can buy a brand new receiver (not the same tier), but for a little more than half of that. He and his secretary tell me that it's going to take some time. I told them it was fine as I rarely use it. Few months go by and I finally get to speak to the busy man (with selective memory) who tells me it is finally fixed. I asked him how much it is and what had to be done and he tells me he doesn't remember and would have to call me the next business day (even tho "he just fixed it"). Next few days come and no phone call, then I go on vacation, then there are holidays. I finally call them again, and finally able to speak to Hector on 3rd business day. This man tells me my repair is going to be $850 after the discount for "waiting". I'm just shocked that he performed the type of repair I have never agreed to, it's been over 7 months and this man is giving ME an attitude. No apology, just "you're going to have to wait"! Do NOT take anything here for a repair. Not only does he NOT know what he is doing, but he has no business running a business! Their "90 day warranty" is a JOKE! So basically you have NO warranty. Put that money towards a new unit, and possibly use no interest financing but do not waste your money with the low grade unprofessional...

After a bit of miscommunication, I was told to bring the TV and they would fix it and it would be a warranty job. I dropped it off on Sep. 12th. The guy I spoke with Hector I believe his name was, was very nice and got through things quickly to get me on my way. He told me it would take about 2 weeks. No big deal, I understand these things take time. I was fully ready to wait the 2 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I get a phone call 7 days later (this is including the weekend when they were closed, telling me my TV was ready. Went in, they had it set up and showed me it was working before helping me load it in my car. I am a very happy customer. The place is old and shabby, but give them a chance. They sure surprised me, hopefully they'll do the same for you. I would definitely deal with them again. Would have given 5 stars, but the miscommunication annoyed the hell out of me...

I spoke with a lady who took my name, number and the original invoice number and told me the owner was out but would call me Monday. He did not. I called again on Tuesday and asked about possibly doing the repairs. I was told the technician would call after lunch. Once again no return call.
I find this quite common with businesses in Conroe. I have seldom had my calls answered and have never had a call returned. My first impression of Video Services was positive. My latest impression is completely negative. I certainly cannot recommend them and would suggest you look elsewhere...
