Conroe Activity Center — Attraction in Conroe

My friend celebrated her daughter’s party here and I honestly expected more. The place is great and big but Sandra Hernandez, the lady that was working there the day of and showed us around was very rude. She was very weird from the start. While we were setting up we asked some questions and she very much responded with heavy attitude and even made racists remarks as if she isn’t hispanic herself. Throughout the party she stood at the door looking through the glass door which was weird! and made us all very uncomfortable. I had my daughters first birthday party here and it’s a great place but Sandra Hernandez was horrible! She was very rude about everything we would ask her, I get that she was working but standing and looking through the glass door was very weird and it made all of us uncomfortable. The event center offers tons of cleasses. My daughter has taken gymnastics and loved it. They have a amazing pool and water slides for people to enjoy in the community. Un fortunately i asked to talk to the main manager and lwft several voice messages. After a month or so I got a returned phone call. They did not offer any military class discounts and the ymca is huge about this. Please consider looking into this in the future. Military folks love to support there communitys. Please support...
