Let me just say, I don’t even want to give 1 star... This location is a joke. They messed up my order and didn’t even care. I made it home with the wrong food, realized what happened and went back up. Not really a big deal there, I’m only 8 min away. The problem lies with the fact that I ordered the $5 nacho fries box and 2 chalupas. Rather than informing me that they didn’t have any more fries, they gave me the chalupa cravings box and didn’t tell me. So when I can back, they just casually said “oh we don’t have any more fries.” Didn’t want any thing else. I had to lead the girl behind the counter to what should happen next. Once I told her what I wanted instead of the fries that I ordered, it took 12 min for someone in the kitchen to see me still waiting and ask what I needed. While I was standing there for 12 min, the girl behind the counter greeted a total of 8 people and told all of them “so we have a really long wait, are you sure you want to order?” One of the kitchen staff then looked up and said “oh yeah, it’s gonna be at least 20 min or so, so order if you want.” After that, the girl began to complain about the manage not scheduling enough team members to one of the customers.
WHAT?!?!? First of all, if you have an issue with management, take it to them, not to the customers. Secondly, you are in a business to serve customers and manage to make a profit. Not tell people they should go somewhere else. Having been in fast food management, I would have fired the girl up front for complaint to a customer. That is completely out of line.
I don’t really expect much from Taco Bell. I don’t. But this experience was horrible. Sadly, they are one of the few restaurants that still serves Pepsi and hat is my wife’s favorite drink. I will be driving out of my way in the future to visit a TB that...
Read moreThe one star is simply a formality as I was politely told to F off the only two times I came to eat here.
Let me tell you the story of the most recent time I came to eat here. I'm getting off my shift here at 12:30 with my friend, and taco bell is one of the few places open near me that has vegan options, so I decide to hit the drive thru before heading home. The time is 12:40 and they close at 1:00 AM, my friend is driving us. When we pull up to the menu/intercom, a man with a speach impediment begins to tell us something we can't understand and we ask him to repeat. "The system is down and it won't be back up for about 15 or 20 minutes, please pull through and park in a parking space." My friend stops and looks at me and I nod my head no. He turns back and says "it seems like you guys are closing in 20 minutes, will you still take our order when we come back through, or should we just pull to the window for you?" The response we got was that we wouldn't be served. My friend pulled up to the window and we waited for 4 minutes before someone came to the drink machine to empty the ice (I am including a picture of him) and we knocked on the window and he simply continued to ignore us and began smirking. With three people behind us waiting, we decided to leave.
I know this is just BS because last time the same thing happened. So I wouldn't look at Taco Bells hours of operation as concrete in any way. Before considering the Taco Bell on Frazier street, I would consider other restaurants that will be able to provide food without wasting your time. Many restaurants would like your money and so they don't train their employees on how to close early.
The picture included and the story is from approximately...
Read moreI love writing reviews for regular places/small inexpensive places. I'm in the top 10% of Google Food reviewers and that is why. To you this is a Taco Bell but to me this is the happy place my daughter and I go to when we have some time together. She is my everything and there is nothing better than this location to make her happy. They don't skimp on the ingredients, everything is fresh, and the drive-thru is fabulous. Taco Bell can be busy at times but if you know their schedule and you pay attention to the Google notifications of "busy/not busy" you'll find yourself in and out of the drive thru quickly. They have bilingual employees, which is great, because my husband sometimes orders and he prefers to order in Spanish so that he gets the correct thing. So, if you want my opinion, and want taco bell, go here!
Quick story about my husband's first experience with Taco Bell when he came to America 20 years ago. So he is straight from the country in Mexico so he is totally used to authentic Mexican food. Immediately goes to Taco Bell because everybody's like you want to try these tacos and he's like heck yeah! So he orders a gordita some nachos I think and some other stuff. He was absolutely shocked when he got the food because it was completely different from what true Mexican food is. But that didn't stop him from devouring it and loving it. Taco Bell will always hold a part in our family's heart forever. Make this location one of your...
