Jo Hibachi — Restaurant in Conway

So... it's a very small typical Japanese Hibachi place...done right! There is limited seating but the takeout business is booming. I had steak and scallops and my wife had steak and shrimp. We both had a house salad and shrimp tempura sushi rolls. ALL of it was done well. Very flavorful and some of the best ginger salad dressing I've had in a long time. If I had to say anything bad about our experience it would only be two small things. The traditional sides of veggies and rice were tasty but the veggie portion was a little smaller than expected and we were NOT given an option when it came to the cooking temperature of the steak(i.e. rare, medium rare etc.). NEITHER of these things will stop us from ordering from there again. As busy as they were they moved the food out with efficient precision. I have to absolutely brag on this place.. They always have the absolute best Japanese food. However a couple weeks ago we went in to get my favorite which is scollops.. We ordered them and when we got to pick them out they had sold out before they got to our order.. They did make it right and comp with whatever we wanted. In place of 2 sides, They gave us 2 steak dinners.

We just went back in and ordered food tonight and they knew exactly who we were and knew we wanted scollop's. They got our food to us and actually delivered to at the bar aside from them. They all say tonight when we ordered our food gave us a 10% discount because of the scallop issue from weeks before.

These guys need a 10 star rating. Couldn't ask for better service all around. Everyone needs to try...

Pretty awesome place! First time I ate there, my cashier was a little... rude. I've got a seafood allergy and she didn't feel it was necessary to inform the cooks about it, not to mention I asked for white rice and got fried. Got my meal, how ever I could taste a little shrimp on the vegetables. Sent it back and the cook actually assured me he'd take care of it. An he did! Went back a second time and the back of the house guy remembered me! Which was awesome because he just cooked my meal for me, this time around my experience was super smooth, food came out very hot, moist and tasted great.
