So i called before i arrived and asked them how much to unlock a IMEI they told me $120 . I got to the store i paid and was under the impression that the employee was unlocking my imei because that is what the provider i had told me was wrong . Not once did the employee mention a sim is different from the imei . Then he proceeded to convince me to pay for ANOTHER PLAN THROUGH THEM . I did that was a extra $35 then 10 mins later he tells me oh your phone is blacklisted this wont work but yet WHY NOT TELL ME BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY ? Make it make sense that is very unprofessional and fraudulent then his boss i assumed offered to buy my iPhone 12 pro from me AFTER claiming my phone was “useless” and couldn't be used anywhere “ but my thing is . If its useless and cant be used why are you trying to buy it ? A FULL SCAM . I didnt get what i paid for i got scammed and its sad that businesses are not upfront about their services . You should not charge someone for a service that is not guaranteed . I dont recommend this place to NO ONE . And no i do not want to talk or contact your customer service because i was hard down crying because of the money i wasted and all you offered to do was BUY MY BRAND NEW PHONE OFF OF ME ….might i add the boss tried to insinuate my phone was stolen when the last thing i have to do is steal and i offered to pull up my email receipt of me paying for this phone online . SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN . If i would have never paid in cash this would be disputed but i figure i should warn other people . They are very shady business

As a business you were suppose to explain that there is 2 locks and i never told you the phone was stolen because it is NOT . Like i told you in store I purchased this phone refurbished from BEST BUY . Simple mobile said the imei was locked .Which like i ALSO SAID i have a RECEIPT for PROOF OF PURCHASE like respectfully do not play on my character like i have to steal phones i work hard for everything i buy . And i also contacted simple mobile and they confirmed my phone was not locked . And i had ro go to a whole nother store and spend $150 MORE to get my phone working . My same phone that you swore “could not work with no network “ yet also tried to buy off of me ….:thats sketchy and bad business i have no reason to lie so therefore do not lie on me . Like i said i did not get the services i was under the impression i was paying for . And it was a waste of money . Period also another phone plan was a WASTE as i could not use it .you knew what the problems were with my phone but instead of explaining everything ahead of me paying no you just took my money and THEN told me it was nothing you could do . Read moreStarted off great… ended off horrible. Screen replacement: Pros- speed, cheap Cons- inferior products, very rude, insulting, only offer 15 day warranty. As soon as the screen was replaced I noticed color distortion and a bigger profile of the screen. They told me “true tone” on the phone automatically goes off – I never had it on previously – and that’s why colors look a bit off. Thicker phone profile meant it wouldn’t fit right on my case – power button is slightly stickier to push (when case is on). Not genuine part made screen lag – almost unnoticeable. Not genuine screen - made taps sticky – meaning double letters or whole new words when typing FAST. Screen not as responsive. I text and write emails all day so that’s why I noticed it almost immediately once I got home. When I went back the very next day I went in expecting the same great customer service. Once I mentioned my concerns he immediately became defensive calling them negligible. That’s not what you want to hear when you express dissatisfaction with a product. He asked me to show him the issue with the sticky keys so I texted a phrase on two phones, one he worked on and one on my work phone. The one he worked on was slightly off and he dismissed it, along with all other concerns, in a very rude tone as he got louder. The only reason why I came here was because apple was busy and I needed my phone fixed ASAP. I don’t really care about the money, but I do care about how the customer service is handled. I honestly only came back the second day to see if there was any settings change I could do, software update, or something that I was doing to cause the issue. Finally at the end I asked to just put the cracked screen back on so I could take my business elsewhere and give me a refund. They offered to swap my screen (I would have been okay with that if I saw them try and work with me) but as I was about to hand it over he said “you’re complaining for STUPID stuff.” At that point I just had to leave before it escalated.
Update: This man couldn’t believe his eyes when someone does a simple task like typing without looking. It’s the same thing as typing on a computer and not looking at the keyboard - and he call me pathetic? LOL

Read moreI went in to have a note 10+ screen replaced. I bought a screen protector which you guys installed which is a bubble mess, my spen no longer functions properly, and now the phone is coming apart.
UPDATE: so I had my phone repaired at another shop and it appears that when you get your screen fixed these guys take good parts off of your phone and replace them with bad parts to keep you coming for repairs. We know this because inside the phone had their writing on the wireless charging coil. the battery which I never had replaced didn't have matching serial numbers it expanded and popped the back out on the phone which I kept as well just in case I FIX wants to claim its not true. And I replaced the spen with an original Samsung spen not the knock off one they put in my phone which is why it was unable to connect. Now I understand why they asked me to do a review in the store immediately after I arrived to pick up the phone which I declined to do because I wanted to see if the job was done right. You guys keep robbing people and you will become familiar with civil court and the FTC.
Response to the owner: funny how when I left your shop my phone fell apart but when I left the other shop months later phone works like new... the other shop didn't scam me you did though what does CAF stand for I have it written on the old wireless charging coil in blue permenant ink. I had replaced new shop say samsung doesn't write on official parts and I never had that replaced? Also great job trying to get me to give you a review in store on the dead battery that never charged up because it was also faulty, fine before I brought it to you but double in size after I left your shop? So like I said get familiar with litigation your time is coming very soon. FYI I had the guy bag up your faulty parts for you do you need them bacl to scam someone else or have you gotten new parts...
