Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

To start thank you for the opportunity to do a review. My husband and I moved to Conway in 2012 Always heard bad things and bad reviews on line about BK Today we decided to see for ourselves and dined in for lunch. We placed our order. We finally figured out how to use the Very nice Brand New soda dispenser ☺️. I proceeded to find us seats we would enjoy eating our meal. I sat waiting patiently, my husband still waiting for our order. They had what I consider for the store to be busy but not to busy to give me my food (An inside diner) who's husband was waiting so long I thought WI hat the world. He came to the table I had chosen looking flustered. He says" They put our burgers on the tray then proceed to fill all the to go orders after then put last of fries on our tray. He then says the burgers are probably cold because they sat on tray not under the. heat lamp for a good while. Minutes of course. I said after trying the 🍟 well at least they are fresh. We then chatted and proceeded to eat our lunch. I noticed people coming and going so they had some foot traffic during our visit. Everyone seemed very business oriented. Could've performed some task better in my humble opinion. While we were eating The young lady that was our cashier Has no customers in line. only diners eating in Then she proceeded to began to start cleaning and whipping tables. Which I thought from a former food industry worker "If you have time to lean You have time to clean". So I'm our opinion it wasn't as bad as everyone's low review But it could be better. Please understand this isn't a bad review at all I wish I could've given 5 stars but we can't. We will definitely go there again. This was a Friday lunch so Conway was hustling, Over all...

The place overall was ok. Just needed to clean the tables. Freshen up a bit. The food menu was misleading due to the head people (over the managers of the store) haven't updated the display area. ALOT of the menu items displayed were NOT AVAILABLE and I barely had choices lol I fuxxs wit King Burger the long way they just gotta stand on they business at this conway location. They got people that I see Everytime in there that are OBVIOUSLY HARDWORKING. I didn't have a attitude or anything when I couldn't get what I wanted for real, I was very DISAPPOINTED BUT they (the staff) still took their time with me the manager took my order and she was cool. She apologized about the menu and everything. I just see these same people Everytime I visit & I know they be working hard. And I know that they have to deal with customers whom are hard to deal with , so I wasn't about to make their job hard that day. Or any day , I have worked in food service for over 15 years I know what they're going through. My reason for this review is to hopefully give the staff of the Conway store a motivational push cause the menu being jacked up , I know it can complicate orders and customers get irritated. Worst Burger King I have ever been to!!!!!!!!!! Food was disgusting....what food they did have because they were out of everything including soda! They burned the chicken and was serving it to people that way. The burgers were ice cold. They tried over charging us for a double hamburger by $2 and charged us $2.50 for a large drink and gave it to us in a small cup trying to convince us it was a large. When we complained the worker behind the register got extremely hateful and rude with us. The line was so backed up because they kept messing up everyone's orders causing people to wait 15 or more minutes to be waited on. We eventually got our money and walked out right along with many many others. Will never ever go back. After 13 hours on the road we are more than pissed! People who live in the area even said they rarely stop in because the service is bad and rude and they are always out of food and soda.
