Loved this place from the contactless ordering to the delicious food. Be prepared when you go, they are not accepting cash. When you walk in, you go straight to the kiosk to order and pay. The process is painless and the employees are right in front of you fulfilling orders. If you have a question just ask.

We ordered a Flamin hot Cheeto burrito from the sea. This item is spicy and huge. I ordered a Lit bowl again huge, the only thing I will change next time is go light on the jalapenos there were a ton and the bowl is hot as promised. We ordered the loaded rice fries just to try them. The fries were good but next time we would just get the plain instead of loaded, not a big fan of the bacon and cheese on them.

You can remove or add extra items when ordering. The kiosk is nice because it shows you each ingredient on what you are choosing. We ordered 2 drinks from the cooler. I couldn't find a regular bottled water on the menu only a boushey bottle of water from Tuscany, Italy. Tasted just like regular bottled water.

The only drawback, if there is one would be the price. Seems a little pricey for lunch...until the food comes out. You get an enormous amount of food! We both brought home at least half of the food we ordered. You can easily share or make 2 meals out of it.

We will be back happy to find this spot so close...

This review is based off 3 different times that I've visited this place over the past 6 months. 1st time i went to this location, the deep fryer oil was old and not fresh, so much so it actually left a burnt oil smell in the store and that same smell, was the same taste of the fried burrito as well. Not pleasant. 2nd time i decided to try this place it took 35 minutes to make 1 order and there was literally no other customers in the shop at that time. I can see this wait time being okay when the store is packed and they are super busy with a lot of orders, however that wasn't the case this scenario. Third time trying this location, which was today, my wife ordered a 'party in my mouth bowl' and it was missing the 'spicy krab' topping that goes in the bowl. Now instead of me getting angry and driving up to the store, i would rather leave this review and go to different locations, which by the way, none of the other locations have issues with my orders - only this specific location...... I don't want to disrespect the workers at this location, but maybe this store would do better if they hired better employees. You got people coming to your shop spending minimum $10-$20 per person, you would think they could do better...

Worst place ever. Spent over $100 in a single order and they messed up the whole thing and did not give me my sauces i paid for and i was missing food. Don't order on their site cause they like to false advertise and has horrible customer service. Never again will i eat here.

Update So apparently because of the fact that my bank account was frauded and I had to switch cards I was no longer able to receive my refund but I had to receive a gift card to a nasty restaurant that I said I would never eat at again in my life. Even after spending over $300 twice at this restaurant to receive horrible service and horrible food I definitely do not recommend this restaurant they are highly unprofessional and so is the management as well because they will not handle the situation

So finally after all the hassle and you know everything in between I finally am going to receive a check in the mail for my refund on 20% of my order after jumping through hoops and everything else. I advise you to eat at this restaurant at your own discretion if you want to go through a bunch of horrible experience like I just had to and it took like a month to do it go ahead other than that I...
