Frozen Notes Pizza & Karaoke Bar — Restaurant in Conyers

Frozen notes has been one of my local favorites but last night was a BIG LET DOWN. The karaoke was terrible The DJ was the owner which was a bit puzzling but wr rolled with it . The pizza was not done for the 2nd time in the middle . The icing on the cake was our waitress Valencia Personality was pleasant but her understanding of happy hour drinks WAS/IS TERRIBLE. We were a party of 5..1 party member arrived at 630p and held our table , myself and 2 other arrived at 7p and the 5th after 8p. The 4 of us who arrived before 8p ordered happy hour Daiquiris and cocktails plus food with the understanding from the waitress ans our past knowledge from visiting that we were getting happy hour drinks for $5 in before 8pm ( no other drinks were ordered except one Daiquiri when the 5th party arrived) . The night had progressed and we are ready to leave close to 10p and requested the bill . To our surprise it was almost $300. Come to find out She charged regular price for all the drinks that should have been $5. Remember we asked bwfore hand and got confirmation before ordering to make sure The food charge was correct but the drinks were all wrong. We request the manager (lady assisted)but did nothing to correct the waitress' error. We also asked about the gratuity and if it was already included . She Valencia said no. I asked for a printed receipt and guess what was already added after we tipped and paid ?? The 18% gratuity She got a tip of damn near $80 between the 2 tickets. This was very disappointing especially when you try and support locally. Then to have management not do anything was a big let down for this place and us as frequent patrons that...

Amazing place. Owned and operated by a beautiful family. We needed this magnificent place in Conyers!!! Great food, incredible music and the atmosphere makes you wanna move in.

Crazy story how I found out about this place. I literally stumbled inside of it. I was driving to Home Depot and my leg caught a Charlie Horse!!!!!! I was like SALT NEEDED NOW!!!! I was driving through downtown Conyers and I saw this cool open spot on the corner. So like an intervention from God himself, I snabbed a parking space right out in front of Beasley Pharmacy and hobbled myself across the street into the spot. I immediately asked for salt and they obliged with a foot saving packet. Then I looked around and was like shoot I wanna see the menu!

I took a gander at all the selections and was like gimme soma of dis and soma dat!! All I remember is that I had wings and big *zz fries with lemon peper on them. And that is what they were really called because they are BIG!!!

Talked to the owner because she is just brilliant and all the people behind the counters cooking and serving all looked alike because they were her daughters!

It's a true family affair and trust in the legendary words of Arnold Swazza(I don't know how to spell it) but "I'll be back...with friends!!!!

The negative reviews are what brought me in! Lol! Don’t believe these folks cause they’re just hating! I’ve been twice and had a GREAT time on both visits! The first time we arrived about 6pm and were able to grab a seat at the bar. We were serviced by Antonio and he was great! We ordered frozen daiquiris, waffle fries and gold wings all of which were on point! The wings were the perfect size, fresh and fried crisp as requested. The drinks are strong so be careful! Lol! The DJ comes in about 7pm and BABY let me tell you, the man can jam! He was on point with his flow and catered to his crowd effortlessly! I danced the entire time! Don’t lose him! Lol! The bathrooms are clean and remained that way throughout the night.

On my second visit I arrived around 8/9pm and the party was already jumping! The DJ was in full swing, there was a mixed crowd and everybody was having a great time! We had margaritas made by Antonio and they were PERFECT and reasonably priced. I got to meet the owners this night (hubby & wife) both of which are very friendly! My only complaint to them was that they’re going to need a bigger establishment! Lol! With all that being said…RUN TO FROZEN NOTES!!!!...
