Poppin' Stop — Local services in Conyers

I usually like this place but my last two visits were very disappointing especially this last one. Part of it was my fault for having too much on my mind while placing an order but I ordered the small strawberry cheescake and the cashier asked did I want to do some kinda discount if I added another for 5.27 I told her I would do that and added the key lime pie as I went to pay the machine prompted me to redeem 5 dollars off I had from a while back so that brought my total down to .27 cent. I went to pay and the cashier canceled the payment and brought my total up to 8.29 I said nevermind take it back down to the 5.27 I’ll use that other discount next time she didn’t she actually lied and said she only charged me for 1 small container which is why the total was 5 dollars then proceeded to ask me didn’t I want 2? No I didn’t!!! I wanted 1 and was offered another but end up paying for it !!! By the time I realized what happened I left already but I called and asked about a refund just to realize I wouldn’t make it back before the store closed so it is what it is this time I won’t be back to be taken advantage of she clearly saw i was sooooooooooo confused I feel like I got quick changed 😩😩 cuz had she not asked me did I want another one I would have just gotten my 1 and spent my 27 cent and been back tomorow cuz at one point I was spending money...

My son had wanted to stop here for a while and when in the area today- we decided to check it out. I am very upset that I had not come sooner- this popcorn is the best popcorn I have ever had- my own included. When we opened the door we were met with the awesome cool air that was scented with popcorn- it instantly put a smile on all our faces- the shop itself is decorated really cute and I appreciated the time and creativity they put into some of the decor. We were greeted instantly and asked if it was our first visit. It was and the young lady instantly offered samples and explained a bit about the store and the different flavors they offered. I was completely blown away by how much flavor the popcorn actually had- usually when you get popcorn or chip type snacks there is a light dusting of flavor- not here, here you get full flavor that leaves you wanting more. Our family ended up getting the 5 for $25 special because they decided they each needed their own little bucket. I was an immediate fan of the cheddar ranch and we also got cheddar jalepeno, cookies and cream, strawberry cheesecake and birthday cake. unfortunately- we couldn't get one of each kind they make, today- but that just means we will have to be repeat customers.
