Thursday July 6th. Beautiful display and selection! I was considering purchasing something but we weren’t greeted upon walking in, instead just glanced at by employees who were preocuppied on their phones or other device. I Assumed the business owner was absent. I smiled and said hello anyway, but the girl at the counter only looked at me. Not once was I offered help or customer service. I left and purchased some things from the Boutique by Brooklyn Paige across the street. She was very friendly and helpful. All it takes is a simple “hello how are you doing” to close a sale, not just a great selection...

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Lexi Jade’s Boutique. They have the cutest clothes, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and purses for great prices! Amazing quality and the girls who work there are second to none. They go above and beyond to welcome you and help you find exactly what you need without being pushy at all. The boutique is great for everyday looks, work, girls’ night out, date night, school, or special occasion. I’ve been shopping at Lexi Jades Boutique in Cookeville since they first opened years ago and I have NEVER been disappointed! Whether I’m shopping for myself or for a gift for someone, this is the place I go- there is something for EVERY lady! Lexi and every worker there has always made me feel so welcomed and seen, you can really tell that they love the environment and working there.
