Horrible customer service!! We bought a gas stove, range microwave, fridge, washer and dryer in Oct. Electronic Express was to deliver all the items and install all but the stove, at the time of purchase we were told they did not install gas stoves. When delivery day came they brought everything but the washer and did not install the range microwave. We called the store and we were told the washer was at the Nashville warehouse but they could deliver it next week, seriously next week!!! That did not work for us because we were going out of town that week so, we were told to call the store once we got back to schedule the delivery. When we called the store no one knew anything about it and told us they would need to look into it and would call us back... No one ever called me back, after calling the store 3 times to get this taken care of I was told "Oh, we found your washer and can schedule delivery" Umm, found. I didn't know it was lost! Also, the stove hasn't worked properly since day one. When the oven is on flames shoot up the side walls of the oven. We notified Electronic Express of this and was told since they did not install and remember, we were told they did not install gas stoves, we would need the people who did install it to come make sure it was installed correctly and also have the gas company come make sure everything was correct on their end. We did that and everything was good. Called to let Electronic Express know and guess what they can't do anything until their guys come look at it. 4 days later they sent their guys out. 3 of their people came to my house. They turned the oven on, looked at it and said "the oven should not do that, it is defective. Call the store to schedule a swap" I called the store and was told it was in stock but they would need to call me back about the delivery again no one called me back and again I had to call the store 3 times. I was then told the stove was not in stock but they could get it in on Wednesday and even if the manger I was speaking with had to bring it on his own truck I would have the stove on Thursday.....On Monday I still do not have a stove and when I called today I was told the stove is at the Nashville warehouse and someone will call me back to let me know when I can get it.... I am not very confident I will get a call back!! And talking with the assistant store manger doesn't do any...

He told us they had an unopened, still in the box, new refrigerator we wanted in the warehouse. We wanted it delivered, installed and our old refrigerator (still in working condition) taken away. We were told at that time delivery can't be made out of the Cookeville store and that the refrigerator would need to be shipped back to Nashville and then delivered to us. This seemed to be very wasteful but we were told the delivery fee wouldn't be any more than if it were coming from Cookeville so we agreed. The refrigerator was delivered yesterday as was promised. The delivery men came in and removed our old refrigerator as well as brought in the "new" one. As they were pulling out of the driveway we saw the dents and immediately called service delivery and sent a picture via text to Zach showing the two long (over 10 inches) dents on the right side. After seeing the picture he offered a 10% discount. We said we preferred a replacement. He then said that wouldn't be possible. We had gotten the last one and there was no way to order a new one. I then asked them to have the delivery guy bring back my old refrigerator and take the damaged one. I was told that wouldn't be happening. I explained they just left. Still was told no. Zach said there was no way to get my refrigerator back after we signed off. We didn't sign anything. We were offered to return the obviously damaged refrigerator and then come select a different refrigerator paying any difference. We bought the one we did because of the space and price. I then asked if I could speak with the manager to try to work something out. He took my information and said the manager would be calling me. We waited and no one called back so I called the Cookeville store and asked to speak with our sales associate Matt. He was not in so I asked to speak with the manager on duty. My son went and picked it up brought it to my house and he and my husband took out of box. They found a bad dent on it. My husband called me irate and I called E.Express. They told me they would bring me another stove. By he time they were going to deliver the replacement I had already been using the stove for almost a week. I called them back and asked could they give me credit of I believe little over a 100.00 and just let me keep the original one. They said manager said could only give me a 10% credit so I told them to just bring me a new stove. They said ok but in a few days they called back and offered me a credit of 15% off the original price and me keep the stove. I said I would take a 100.00 in store credit and the manager Derrick somebody said ok. I was to go back to Cookeville store ask for him and it would be taken care of. I was unable to get up there immediately a couple or so weeks later I get a message n my answering machine telling me I was scheduled for delivery of a new stove. I called immediately and asked them what was goin on that I thought we had an agreement. The assistant manager claimed to know nothing about any agreement or delivery of a stove. They immediately canceled the delivery and told me to come up there and speak to the main manager(Derrick) about my 100.00 n-store credit. I went up there that Sat. and asked to speak to him. One of the employees came back and took my Very Last Receipt and I guess file it and said I would get a phone call after who ever reviewed it on the following Monday. That was over a week ago and Iāve heard Nothing! I am an honest person and I expect from most of the good ratings you get the company is too. I would like my credit of a 100.00 as I was told or a new stove and I would like this resolved soon as possible I feel like I have been given the run around...
