Five Below — Local services in Coon Rapids

It was my first time ever in the store yesterday evening, as I was shopping and talking on the phone with my friends these 2 girls wearing cheap full pink track suits were following me around the store pointing at me and getting increasingly closer to me. I've never met them before or even had a single interaction with them while in the store. I felt very uncomfortable while I was just trying to enjoy my time, so I got what I had and went to check out. they still followed me to checkout. Even after I left the store and waited for my ride, they didn't leave the store, so I figured they were employees or friends of an amployee.

The employee at the counter was nice and great help, and my products were great.

If those two girls are employees/regulars, then don't be surprised if you get harassed and stalked by them. Wasn't an enjoyable experience when they were a few feet away from me, pointing in my face. Idk if my friends and I will return again if there's a risk of stalking and harassment involved...

I loved the way the staff welcome you into the store and I loved the way the staff made sure I found everything I was looking for and was great at check out. I am aware that with the increase of theft, they had to have someone walk around and pay attention to the clientele. However, when I asked the person where something was, she had no idea. When she met me at another part of the store I asked if she could point me to where the baskets for shopping are located. Again. She had no idea and apparently not willing to find one either. I also noticed that she would simply walk around the store and make her presence known. If they trained them to be a bit more engaging and helpful, maybe that will help with their customers, too. When asked, at the register how my experience was, I only gave a #2 out of five. Since most of my interactions were with her and not the more...

I love that they always have a massive variety of almost anything a person can think of to want and or need. The only downfall, for...all, involved...is your not able to simply, try...anything on or out to see if it fits you or whomever your buying for. So, needless to say...and at absolutely no fault of the store or it's staff, I've bought, brought home...tried out or on the item or items id purchased, and have had to return, 9 times our of 10 I'd just simply exchange though for a whole different item or items. The best part of this is, with my experiences...theyve never turned me away fr either of these options, no matter time length ot took to get back there with said it or items. They're the most Gracious.
