Not only did I not find what I was looking for. Then I asked for someone to help me because there was nobody on that side of the store. Nobody asked me if I needed help. When I went to the self check out counter because there wasn't too many cashiers, My receipt w as blank when I paid for my things so even if it was broken or damaged I couldn't bring it back. That made me angry. But when I overheard someone talking about an order that someone was given over a walkie talkie to an store employee about 'Watching me' around the store. Not only did I have more than enough money to pay for what I bought the time before that when I came in to buy the things I did. I came in the time before that to buy a drink and some bread and paid for that as well. It doesn't matter if I was in your store two minutes or from sun up to sun down. If I am a customer I deserve to be treated like one just like everyone else. Even if I ride a car or a bike. Trust me I am not a threat. Also not only does your company owe me taxes. You also make employee sign an unfair agreement about their belongings in lockers. A manager of another target threw away my belongings and refused to train me when I told them I couldn't come in for training because I was ill. Your company has a lot of problems and I honestly go other places because I can't stand the thought of dealing with your company. Or some of those who work in your corporation. If I can go somewhere other than here I will 100 percent go...
Read moreI don’t like to post these types of reviews but I felt like employees were extra rude today so probably worth addressing :/ I mainly felt bothered that this made my family feel uncomfortable.
My message for the store manager: My family and I were buying multiple clothes items and we entered the checkout line, we were the second person in line and an employee came over to tell us to use the self-checkout. I kindly requested to remain in the lane I was in because I prefer to not use self-checkouts. She very loudly asked me if I was paying with cash. I was embarrassed because this drew a lot of attention, and I said that I was going to use a card, but I had a lot of items. She told me that I should use the self checkout because we were taking up space in line. I very awkwardly walked over to the checkout lane and probably took much longer than I would’ve if I had a cashier’s help. Just overall, I feel like whoever is working the checkout line management could probably be a little more kind. Just really sad because I look forward to these kind of outings, but today my family and I walked away feeling embarrassed. FYI, this was around 6:45pm this afternoon. I’m sorry to be this person, but I really feel like a simple reminder of customer service etiquette would make the environment much more enjoyable...
Read moreIf you're going to offer a service, you should be able to fulfill it or don't offer it. Shut it down for the day when you don't have enough employees, or make the manager help out. I need diapers, tylenol, a couple of toys and few groceries. I can't go shopping until later when I don't have to bring babies out into the too cold weather, so drive up in this case is more than a convenient option in this age of advanced technology, it's a helpful tool for families. When you can't get it ready after I've paid, or even process it within 2 hours, that doesn't sound like my problem until you've made it so. Yeah, stuff happens, but I planned this around when I have to take my other son to school so that's a big let down which changes my day and causes me to have to shop elsewhere. Since I'm newer to this shopping method (and having multiple babies) I'm going to assume that this is probably par for the course with this location and go elsewhere for my costly items instead of risk having my family's time wasted again. I cancelled the expensive order and the small...
