Five Guys — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I was here a little while ago for lunch. What I liked they were not that busy. At least when I ordered, there was only a few people ahead of me. It had been a long time, since I have had been to this location, much less any other ones. What I liked was how I had the choice to customize my burger. With one or many patties or even was flavorings I want to put on it. I chose the standard one with ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickles. Of course with my meal I got small fries, a soda, and a small Oreo shake. I was a little bit hungry. After I ordered it took like 7 or 9 minutes to get my food. I liked how they put it in a paper bag, so it didn't matter if it was to-go or dine-in. I admit that I had the fries and shake right than and there . When I got home, I devoured my burger, which for a single patty was just the right size. Of course there were plenty of fries, if I decided I could actually share. Maybe even the burger too, or not. With such a flavorful burger in every bite, it would be a shame not to go back...

I had a horrible experience today when I ordered lunch through Five Guys and part of the order was never delivered. I called the restaurant and was told to contact DoorDash, which I did and was then told by DoorDash to contact the restaurant again since the order was placed directly through their website. When I called Five Guys again, the woman on the phone (Keisha) was incredibly rude and told me there was “a rush at the restaurant and calling them multiple times was not going to help anything.” She also told me that she was not going to keep repeating herself because she already told me to call DoorDash and there was nothing else she could do so I needed to stop calling. So, I called DoorDash again, they spoke with the restaurant, and I’m apparently supposed to get a refund. Just a really frustrating experience all around and I was disappointed in how rude the Five Guys employee was to me...

Went on new years eve for an early dinner a little over a year ago. While cooking the food their exhaust hoods stopped working. We got our food and sat down to eat. The restaurant filled up with smoke. So the kids working started airing out the restaurant and started turning away new customers. They came to our table and apologized and said they had a technician on the way and we are welcome to finish eating. Ok no problem. Then a few of the kids started talking about shutting down the restaurant and how this was perfect so they could go party. So 5 minutes later in the middle of eating they kicked us out and closed the store without waiting for the technician or people to finish eating. We just spent over 30 dollars on food which took forever to get and without a manager present on a holiday kick us out so you can party!? Where are the adults that work here? Will...
