Rude and racist at Riverdale location. Went last night and was excited to shop until my family was treated like criminals. The "help" followed the people of color (not just us) around the store like we were going to steal. Then they kept rushing us out of the store by walking up to ONLY US, saying 20 minutes before we close, then it was 15 minutes and they kept doing it every 5 minutes. When we wanted to try on clothes, they ignored us and told us to help ourselves. They never asked how we were doing, if we needed help, etc, despite harassing us about the time. Meanwhile, they had a white customer who they set up with a room, and she got to continue to shop unbothered. In fact, they eagerly helped her. The other customer even pulled extra clothes into the changing room when we were told to wrap it up because they were closing. Horrible "service". Luckily we made it out of there with 4 minutes to spare!!!!!! Meanwhile, the other customer was still in there...Go to...

Love the cloths , but the environment is giving mean girl . I walked in with two employees at the door , neither said anything or even acknowledge me. After 30 secounds they greeted me. I felt like I was being chased around the store , like they were annoyed customers were here. I grabbed some jeans and leggings to try on. I took off my sandles so I could try on the pants and not get them dirty with my shoes . As I’m deciding on the pants I can clearly hear the employees standing outside of my dressing room. One of them then says “ SHE TOOK HER SHOES OFF”. I’m like wow if you’re going to comment on customers at least do it away from them. Did not check in with me once , they then continued to whisper in their mics to each other. This store is not friendly , won’t be back which is disappointing but I won’t spend 300 dollars again at this location…. I love the clothes, but I always get approached multiple times by the staff that ask me how I'm doing or if they can help. I understand it's a nice gesture, but after the 5th encounter it makes me want to leave in the middle of shopping. The greeting when you walk in is plenty, I don't need to be chased around the store to make sure I need help. I'd shop there a lot more if I felt more...
