I will never come to this location again. It is slowly wasting away, even though its in a great area. They have always had staffing issues which affects their hours and ultimately the food and wait times. I get it; its due to covid, like many other restaurants, they may be suffering still. We've been to this Chipotle several times only because it is convenient but each time it is getting worse... Last night was the last straw. They of course had decreased staff, therefore we could only order online for pick up. No surpise there. The food was promised to be ready in 20 minutes; they are always behind regardless of staffing problems. 45 mins later our food is bagged up and ready to go. 3 burritos and 1 kids meal. These are the just some things I must note in my review:
Once we picked up the food, I noticed many items I paid for were forgotten, I check this often because its a regular occurrence that things are missed. Tonight it was the kid's milk, chips, and 2 oranges. The burritos were lazily wrapped, food scraps and guacamole smeared across the foil and on the container of our guacamole. The container was hardly filled with guac as well. I kindly ask to pay for a whole lime and their answer is always "we are out". They never take the time to look for one.
The place is completely filthy! NONE of the tables were cleaned (inside and outside). I cleaned my own table. But questioned being there and eating the food. Trash was everywhere! It looked like a tornado rolled through there. Even the restrooms were trashed. One stall from each bathroom (men and womens) were out of order, no toilet paper in the womens and no paper towels in the men's, Trash was piling up in all the canisters.
Several of the sodas from the fountain machine weren't replaced and out of order while some of the others just didnt taste right, there were no utensils and hardly any napkins. Many fruit flies were hovering the juice machines.
If this place is noticeably trashy, I doubt the food areas/food are not any better. They need to really get it together, this is unacceptable...
Read moreFirst, I would like to say that usually whenever I go to this location, it is AMAZING. This time, though, not so much. I ordered seven bowls, and I know that sounds excessive, but it was for my entire family, as we were celebrating a birthday. When I first walked in, the service was normal. I did notice it was a bit understaffed, but we had ordered ahead, so we were prepared.
The pick-up time was scheduled for 9:20pm, but I ended up receiving it at around 9:45pm, which was expected with such a large order, so no complaints there. The complaint comes with the response to our order. When the receipt was first noticed, I heard someone say something along the lines of "Oh, that's a lot of bowls," which I am not complaining about; it was a lot of bowls. But then I heard, "Dude, what the… I have to fold the receipt to get it to sit on the counter, or it'll fall off," which is again a true fact. The issue, though, was when I continued to hear complaints about our order, and I understand it's late, but still… We paid for the order; it should be expected to get a larger order sometimes, plus I was sitting right there.
The last issue was the amount of product in the bowls; again, I understand it's late, but we did pay around $13 for one of the bowls for meat alone because we ordered double meat, but unfortunately, I have to say we did not receive the amount we paid for. We also included tortillas for each order, but when we looked at them once we arrived home, we realized they were not exactly cooked. We did also include a 10% tip even though our order was already over $100.
Remind me next time if I put in an order that was paid for and over $100...maybe not to add a tip, especially if I hear complaining the entire time the order is being...
Read more6/30/19 Edit: They seems to have fired and replaced the majority of their staff and this was an excellent decision. The service I received the last time I went here at my usual time was average and that's a tremendous improvement. If they keep up the good work, I'll change my review. They're paying more attention to not adding on things you didn't buy into your receipt. My bowl has been around $8 every time instead of ranging between $7 and $14. Still always take your receipts though as a safeguard.
This location has a lot of work to do.
Most recent: I ordered a salad and the girl gave me 6 bits of romaine that were very much wilted. It had been out way too long. I asked for fresh and she made excuses. She was too lazy to change out the bins. You have more lettuce. I know you do. You're Chipotle and it wasn't 2pm yet. I just waited for the next girl to fix it. The staff need more training on decision-making, common-sense, and customer service. Overall: The portions are amazingly stingy here. I feel like my bowl is never full. And holy cow are they slow. I'm only ever there during the day so maybe the evening crew are better (I dont think I've seen an employee here smile once). I go here often and somehow my exact same order fluctuates from $9+ to $13+. Always ask for your receipt at this location! Some employees also park within the first few spots which isn't fair to customers at a location with such a troublesome parking situation. I've been going here since the location opened and really love Chipotle, but this location is by far my least favorite.
