Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I ordered online and went inside to pick my order up. I ordered a large buttered noodle. I looked in the bag to make sure I had everything and was surprised to see the quantity of buttered noodles. I pulled it out and asked the lady if that was the large and she said yes. I told her there was barely anything in the container- thinking if I ordered a small- how much less there would be in there. She just starred at me and said “well that’s how we measure.” I’m very disappointed how little they put in there. They aren’t cheap and you barely get any- all they are is buttered noodles and with how much they are, you would expect to get a little more with a large order. My son is sick and this is all he wants to eat. I ordered the same thing for him last night and he got way more in the large container than he did with this order- it shouldn’t be like that. I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the container. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to...

Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. They all seem to genuinely like each other and they all seem to get along with the boss as well. So that tells me that Noodles and Company is definitely doing something right! Keep up the good work people! Your doing a great job and there are people out here that notice. Been coming here since they opened their doors. And I'll keep coming back as long as things are the way they are now. LOVE LOVE...

One of the items I ordered a couple weeks ago was a small spaghetti and meatballs. It wasn't small, it was miniaturized. So this time I ordered the regular size spaghetti and meatballs. What's the point of the regular size if it only fits in half the bowl? The amount they're serving as the regular, is the amount their small used to be. My Penne Rosa has gotten smaller too. These guys are downsizing drastically. $11.25 for a half a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs is ridiculous, might as well go to Olive Garden if this is their new standard at Noodles and Company. Then they were out of rice Krispy's treats as well, probably making smaller batches of those too. Extremely disappointing with these...
