Today is August 12 2018... Today I may have received the worse service that I've ever received in any establishment. I'm not sure if I ever left a one star rating for anyone. 1st are going just order some ice cream.. The girl mistakenly pours a ton of cinnamon on ice cream she is making for me. The only reason I even noticed it because I heard her telling her associate what she had done. So she just continues to make the ice cream like there's nothing wrong. I said to her I'm not going to want that because it just has way too much cinnamon as she's trying to scrape some of it out. She continues likes you doesn't even here like she's still going to make that and give it to me. Finally I said I simply don't want that. She took an attitude with me right away and continued to make my next one as well did her associate when she made my next order. She tossed my ice cream on counter like I had offended her or something. My opinion is to go to...

It hasn’t been very busy at this location each time I’ve visited. Despite that, there are usually 3-4 employees there who get annoyed at the fact tha you came in. They seem to also always be out of the waffle items they make right there in the store, again, despite not being busy and having time to make some. For what you get, it is quite overpriced. Barely any fixings inside and ordering 2 different sizes ended up giving us the same amount of ice cream in each bowl. Despite you being able to see the toppings and ice cream they use, if you ask for some creation listed on their website they say they don’t make it. They will though if you Google the ingredients and have them make it by asking for the specific items. For the value and selection, there are much better and friendlier places to get ice cream in town. Time to move on...

Meh. Service was okay, ice cream base was good but the brownie/cookie dough was dry and unflavorful. Cookie dough especially, tasted floury. Decent portion size and price was fine. I love Cold Stones in general so might go back and give it another try, but I'll likely end up trying another location. UPDATE: Won't be back, except maybe to try get a refund. Stopped in, service took FOREVER and left some of my ice cream melting by the time I could pay. Worse though, is that once I got home to actually eat the ice cream, there was only miniscule bits of stir-ins distributed throughout the ice cream.
