Even after living in multiple states, this is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I ended up going here because I work in the dental office next door and wanted to get my nails done on my lunch break. Even after a coworker told me it was the worst place that she ever went, I was optimistic and figured I would give them a try. I got tips with gel on my nails. I told the technician I wanted them to look as natural as possible, they didn't. He grinded my nails so much and cut my finger. I didn't want to leave with the work half done so I sat there so unhappy and frustrated. I kept mentioning to him what I wanted over and over and he said yes , that's what he was doing multiple times. After less than two weeks, three fell off and I don't do anything rough for work, just wash my hands a lot. There's no reason that they should have been falling off. Today, I went back after I took the nails off myself. I told the girl what had happened in hopes they would be polite, take care of a paying customer and help make the situation right. She told me they could get me in right away as I walked in at 11:30 and there was only one other person getting a pedicure. The salon was EMPTY. I sat and waited for ten minutes. Then, they gave me a bowl of water and told me to soak my nails. I sat there like that for seven more minutes until she came over after I asked her to talk. I repeated again the situation and she said, "Okay, I'll do that." Not even acknowledging what I was saying. I tried to explain it again in a different manner, she got up and left the table without saying a word and her and other two people are talking but not to me. After a few more minutes, another girl comes over and says, "The owner is the one who did your nails last time, so don't blame us." Rather than saying what they could do to fix the situation. Coming from a person in management, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No solutions were given, they didn't try to make it right, although I paid 60$ for terrible quality and so on. I would not reccommend going here to anyone and wish I had listened to...

I recently visited Lee Nails and Spa with high hopes of indulging in a relaxing experience. However, my overall impression was far from satisfactory. From rushed services to careless mistakes, my visit left me feeling disappointed.

Firstly, the massage session for my legs and feet felt hurried and uneven. On one side, they allocated a mere four minutes, while the other side received slightly more attention with just six minutes. This discrepancy in time left me feeling as though the treatment was rushed and lacking the desired relaxation.

To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with my file. The staff mistakenly used my personal file on another customer. I had to bring this to their attention and explicitly request that they refrain from using it on me. This incident not only demonstrated a lack of attention to detail but also raised concerns about their handling of personal information.

Furthermore, the spa seemed overwhelmingly busy during my visit. It appeared that they were understaffed or inadequately managing their appointments. The rush and constant bustling diminished the calming ambiance I had anticipated, contributing to a less enjoyable experience overall.

While I understand that businesses can have off days, these issues collectively made my time at Lee Nails and Spa fall short of expectations. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of their services and customer experience.

In summary, my visit to Lee Nails and Spa left much to be desired. The rushed massage, the file mix-up, and the overwhelming busyness of the establishment were all factors that contributed to a disappointing experience. *The very young girl who was running the show in there I’m not sure if she was the owner because she acted like she was, but she was horrible.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results of my pedicure and dip manicure. It's overpriced for the lack of care they put into their work. I dont mind spending 100+ on something that looks neat. This wasn't my first time going I have been going to this salon for about 7 years on and off but this is the last straw. Everything was rushed, I didnt get a foot massage. Im so ashamed of my pedicure that im embarrassed to show. They always make my nails look unshaped and it’s very obvious. Then when I say something about they act like they don’t care. My French tip pedicure is so ugly that I really wanted to cry over how much I paid for it. One toe is rounded and the other is square. I really wish they would get ppl who care or can be more helpful with making decisions. Tbh some ppl there do a really good job but most of them could care what your nails look like. If you need something quick then go there but otherwise, other places do a way better job for...
