Ok where do I begin? This store is the store to go too! My husband and I walked into the store and was helped by Will! He was so laid back down to earth and just so easy to talk to. We felt like we had been coming here for all our phone inquires lol. I say this because it started with us coming in to upgrade our phones & learning the features of the new iPhones and helping us decide which one was best for both my husband and I. By then end of him talking and helping us decide which phones we wanted somehow we started talking about our family and how many kids he had and we introduced him to our babies lol. Anyway they didn’t have the colors we wanted for our phones so we had to order them. We spent so much time there we ended up leaving when they were closing lol. Will was so easy to talk, knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend him no doubt!
So he called us when our phones were in but couldn’t make it in till a week after because of busy schedules. We ended up going in and Will wasn’t there. Bummer I know! So some lady named Michelle helped us. At first my husband and I were like oh man we have to restart all over again, but she said Will had left things set up so she was just going to help activate our phones. Well somehow there was something stoping us from activating our phones, but she said don’t worry I’ll take care of it and started calling and made things happen for us! As we waited she noticed my kiddo was getting impatient, she let my kid borrow her phone to watch drawing videos and a notepad/pen and that help distract my kid! We also started talking and she was so funny, like had me crying laughing and that helped make time pass by and her customer service was also on point! Honestly I’m not making this stuff up! The jetpack they gave me, within a year's time the battery exploded, get told, im using it too much, but the purpose of that device is to use the hotspot, and I use it all the time. Unless the terms say I can only use it a few hours a day there is no such thing as "using it too much".
Another thing I have to dispute this company because they lost one of my payments earlier this year. Have no idea how that's my fault in the matter. Clearly I paid and have been paying every single month if I'm still using the phone. Would make zero sense to have a 3 month old balance and still paying? Mind you, ive recieved zero letters or text alerts saying that balance is due. Also how were you guys able to recieve payment for February, April, May, and June but skip March? But not notify me, and I in recent months have come to the store, to your sales rep, and made a direct payment with them as a witness.
Another thing, lay off on the attitude that Verizon can do no wrong and that "The Customer is Always Wrong"...can't believe I had to fight my way through the food chain to get to a higher up for them to finally humble themself and explain that Verizon did infact lose the payment due to their systems failing and that they have to do an investigation.
I'm really considering leaving this phone company. I'd rather link up with month to month plan from somewhere else than have to deal with the mediocrity that is this place...
Read moreNow this place did scam me. Years ago, they advertised a promotion that said get a free phone. Whatever the model was at the time, it was some cheap foam, but it was 600 dollars. I figured my wife could use a free phone. So I went in after coming home from a deployment to get her on the plan, put that free phone. What they didn't tell me before I had walked away.Was that we couldn't be on a family plan. So they let me continue through the transaction. Resulting in me walking away with a family plan. I brought my own device and she received the free phone. But this is a fine print or whatever would have it as such that we would need two completely different services. Which was about 90 a month per individual. At the time being on a family plan was about 120ish. Therefore, the phone wasn't free even under those circumstances.
