I still am yet to find a nail spa in Miami that I want to give repeat business to. Mani/pedi here was average if that. I’m not sure how clean this place is, the tools weren’t kept in steriliser fluid and cuticles are wiped onto the towel instead of paper towels. There’s really no customer experience here, especially at 3pm when you’re probably the 30th appointment that day. They just like to get you in and out. They also don’t care because they know they will always get business from new customers as getting your nails done is so essential. Gel Pedicure was one of the quickest I’ve had, definitely not worth the $46 I paid. There was no hard skin removal or cuticle cream applied, just a super quick exfoliation, no massage no effort nothing. The cream was applied on like she was applying cream to a wound, just slapped it on rubbed it in. Nail shaping on my hands was weird, I asked for oval/round to match what I previously had but she shaped them so pointy instead of rounded. Also she didn’t clean or wipe my hands before painting, even though there was filing dust all over my fingers. A couple of my nails after painting and drying had air bubbles which annoys me so much! And I think she didn’t let the nails dry long enough even though I pressed the 60 second button one more time but she told me they were dry - but after she wiped them my middle fingernail felt really rough and still sticky. Anyway I didn’t complain because I just wanted to get out of there. Upon paying I gave the lady my credit card as I had no cash, after signing the merchant receipt she asked me if I could actually venmo or Zelle the payment to which I responded but I have already paid and signed the receipt and she said she could cancel it. Since I am not a US citizen I do not have Zelle or Venmo, then the manager chimed in and said “You NEED to pay the tip in cash”. Firstly, of course I am more than happy to tip, but you can’t tell me that I NEED to pay the tip. I get that tipping is mandatory and I am fine with that but it’s still money coming out of my pocket and I believe that tips should be accepted with kindness and gratitude, not in a way that was expected in a rude manner. So I had to take out $20 using their ATM machine which charges $3 for withdrawals. Not coming here again, another disappointment. I would have fully asked for a refund if I wasn’t so...
Read moreI have received several pedicures at this salon over the past year. The quality and customer service started out as acceptable - nothing special to rave about, but as a mom of 2 it got me a pedicure quickly since the location is close to my home. My last few visits the quality of service was not great - cuticle cuts, shorter massage time than what I paid extra for, scalding hot paraffin mask (a few techs did not even bother to do a temp check first) and missing colors. Parking also has become extremely challenging. I called for the first time today in two months since having my newborn baby and made an appointment. Parking is now impossible! Much worse than what I experienced before. Out of courtesy for the salon, I called to let them know I found parking and was getting the baby out of the car to walk over. I arrived 10 minutes after my appointment into the salon and they refused to see me. If the salon is going to book back to back appointments they have an obligation to inform customers that if you are late you will be denied your service. They also have an obligation to inform customers that parking is challenging and to arrive early. The woman managing appointments showed no compassion - especially to a mom of a newborn on Mother’s Day weekend. She demonstrated a lack of care for customer retention and failed to offer any solutions or alternatives. I will never return to this salon again. I’ve made excuses for their subpar service given the close location to my home. What I have no room for is poor customer service especially to a repeat customer and a lack of communication on behalf of...
Read moreFor the service they give it’s too expensive, they don’t tell you the prices for their service, and the men was doing my nails he didn’t really clean my nails properly, he did then way to quick, it’s overprice. I went there because the salon where I always go was very packed and I was in a rush to get my nails. They were rude, they speak in their language and it’s very rude because they make it clear they are saying something bad and it made me uncomfortable. After I payed, he asked me to leave a tip but he said it to me in a rude way, like forcing me to give him a tip, i have never been forced to pay a tip in a salon. He asked me to pay in Venmo app but i didn’t have it and I had to stay in there for 20 minutes trying to figure it out how to send him a Tip🤦🏽♀️. After I told him I didn’t have cash on me, he literally force me to take money on the ATM, where I had to take out $20 and they charge you a $3 fee. I was a horrible experience and service. I’m definitely never...
