i just left the store very disappointed. last week i purchased a bracelet for mother’s day for my wife. An hour later i realized it was too big. He kindly agreed to change the size and i paid $80 extra for a better bracelet, however they kept the original receipt. A day later, my wife did not like the bracelet so we want back again to exchange it for a different bracelet. I had to pay another $80 for it. This time the guy was not in a good mood because we did another exchange and did not have the receipt (the one they kept from us!) even though we’d already paid an extra $160 total. This was a genuine disappointment to us since my wife was a good customer to this business. Unfortunately we will have to find another store, one that can be understanding, next time.
