The boutique was very difficult to shop & chaotic. Racks, hangers, over stock, active window execution etc. The sales associate attempted to ring my 1 item purchase & shifted over 50 units from the wrapping paper to package. If you don't watch your step you may trip over a random rolling rack. Not to mention a constant stressful "Are you doing ok? ARE YOU DOING OK?" approach from the staff. Very poor presentation & environment. Clients might, as well shop Wal-Mart. Boutique vs Warehouse. WHBM has it all wrong. J. Crew & Banana earned their stripes.
