Juice Up — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I ordered via DoorDash and felt compelled to write a review for the fellow local businesses in the area. It seems to be a new restaurant so I think they are still working on their menu. The salads are fresh and so are their salad dressings. It’s always difficult for me to make a salad at home without wasting whatever unused portions. The salad was enjoyable but it would be helpful to have the menu describe the ingredients in your menu. I am not the biggest fan of raisins with edamame, and unfortunately either the chicken was dark meat or overcooked because it was very gamy. Love that they’re healthy and tasty. They’re very friendly and will accommodate my food substitutes for my allergies. Also for Halloween they’ve been giving these cute straw charms of halloween/ spooky movie characters which is so fun.
