China Spring III — Restaurant in Coral Springs

There food is terrible I ordered Hot and Sour soup which wasn’t hot nor sour it tasted like water no flavor at all. Then I ordered Szcheun Tofu which had no flavor at all as well. It was a container with cubed tofu in it no sauce topped with green onion. Fried rice was orange in color and tasted like cardboard awful!! The spring roll is more dough than filling!!! I called them the woman was rude who answered the phone!! I told her I wanted my money back and to come pick up her disgusting food. She then says how do I know you didn’t eat it ? I said come back and pick it up. She asks if I ordered online which I did through menufy. There’s no number for them. I emailed them demanding my CC be refunded but it wasn’t and hasn’t . They say there’s $1.00 delivery fee but then they charge you a $1.50 convenience fee which it’s stated anywhere about that charge. Hidden fees is a no no . There’s no full disclosure which is against the law . You must tell your customers everything leaving nothing out. Fir if you do leave information out you open yourself to liability.. Ordered a combination and. 2. Quarts of Won Ton Soup. 6. Bags of crispy noodles and. Crab 🦀 Rangoon. And. Fried Wonton. And. The BOGO. BOGO. EGG ROLLS which means. You pay for 1. You get 1 free. I. Received my order missing the Crab 🦀 Rangoon. And. I received 1 egg roll that came with my Combination Meal. And 2 more Egg Rolls which I should have received Qty 5 Rolls since I ordered 2 of the BOGO’s. 4. And. 1 w my meal total of 5 Food has no taste !! I called the restaurant and thier response was CALL UBER EATS. THEY WILL REFUND YOU THEY HAVE ALOT OF MONEY Are you kidding me. That is not Uber Eats responsibility to give you the BOGO THAT IS LISTED ON UBER EATS AND POSTMATES APP. It is the Restaurant Responsibility!! And they could care less STAY AWAY FROM CHINA SPRING III. And THE OWNERS ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE And could care less. The owners are RUDE AND NASTY!! Not sure where to start. Totally GROSS! The chicken wing was salty when I bit it but then I discovered it was undercooked/raw. The egg foo young was very bland and floating in grease/water or IDK what it was floating in. The gravy was really really lumpy and absolutely no taste. The white rice was soggy. The egg rolls were just ok. This was so bad that I called the restaurant to let them know the wings were bleeding and she told me to put them in the microwave to cook them thru…..WHAT!!! She was nice but that statement was unbelievable. I wanted to tell her about the other items but after the response for the raw chicken I don’t think it mattered. She then told me that she’s going to put my name and number in the system and I can come by to pick up another order of wings for free. I said ok but I WILL NOT BRING GOING BACK THERE. I pray I don’t get sick from the little food...
